First time visitor Had two orders. A hook and ladder and a firehouse club. Both sandwiches were okay and tasted fresh. The issue was service. My wife picked up around 530pm and didn't think to check the order. Once home we realized the firehouse was missing bacon. I called and 4 tries finally got someone (the first 3 calls just disconnected after 6 or so rings i didn't count) i told them we were missing our bacon on our sub. The representative that answered said if we brought it back they would remake it. I explained they were about a 20 minutes ride from our home and she just replied they were open until 9. I was hoping maybe we could get a replacement on a subsequent visit but just agreed and my wife headed back out at this point it had been about 40 minutes since pickup. Once she got there a worker tried to give her a bowl with bacon. My wife explained we were told they would make a new one and explained by the time she would arrive back home our sandwich would've been out over an hour. The person replied she didn't know why someone would tell her tgat but reluctantly tossed the old into the trash can sticking her hand down into the trash and then went back to making the customer already waiting sandwich not once changing gloves then proceeded to make ours again with no glove change or hand wash. Upon getting home we ate our sandwhiches which were at least good though we peeled the outer lay bread off my wife sandwich as she was stressing on the whole no glove change. Probably our...

I went through the drive thru and ordered a combo and asked for meat and cheese only sandwich. Once the lady had finished taking my order I pulled around she repeated my order back to me where I noticed she did not include only meat and cheese so I reiterated what I had already stated once when ordering. She closed the window and proceeded to come back and say the sandwich was already made and asked if I wanted it to be remade.
I said yes due to me knowing what I wanted prior to pulling up and repeating myself twice and she closed the window back in the my face. A man then came to window and asked me to pull up which is fine.
When bringing my sandwich out to me both him and the girl walked outside and proceeded to tell me that sandwich’s cannot be changed at the window and that I need to state it ahead of time. Which I had done twice. I’m also not sure why it takes two people to come out to give me the food ordered
I’ve worked in the service industry and a simple i'm sorry we will get that fixed for you would’ve been nice instead of treating me like I liked about an order which I KNOW WHAT I WANT. Or accusing me now three times of not stating what I had stated over 3 times. Do better the customer is always right. It is the first thing taught in the restaurant industry. If was an allergy issue are you really going to ask me if I want it remade?? Of course I do, I know what I wanted to order...
Read morePulled right up to the drive thru speaker, no cars were in the drive through, placed order with the person asking questions about what options we wanted, so one would think someone is taking this all down, pull forward to the window and sit a good solid 10 minutes before anyone even opened the window to speak with us. The employee says, can you repeat your order? I said so you haven't started it yet? Then she tries searching her memory for what it was that we ordered, so we left. Looking into the lobby when we drove past, we saw maybe a couple people in there eating. So can't say they were too busy, even if understaffed, someone could have done something sooner than that. Terrible location, even when we have been able to get a sandwich here in the past, there is just always something about it that was not very good. The location on university never fails to be excellent. Well worth the drive in order to have a good sandwich. Whoever owns, and or manages this northport location...
