This review is not meant for people to avoid this place but to provide feedback for this location for improvement and for customer awareness. I ordered a bowl with noodles and salmon. While my credit card was processing the payment, someone came from the kitchen and said they were out of Salmon. My credit card was already charged so I needed a refund to reorder a lower priced protein. I decided to replace with chicken. I also ordered unsweet tea. While trying to work through the refund process, there was confusion making it seem that the employees thought they should just swap proteins without a refund. It appeared that they didn’t know that Salmon cost more than Chicken. Employees need to be trained on the prices. After this, someone said they had 1 more piece of salmon but they were out of noodles so I had to get rice instead, which I did not want but the amount of time already waiting was about to make me late for my upcoming meeting for work. While waiting for my food, I asked for my cup to fix my drink. There was no unsweet tea available, when I asked I was told they don’t have unsweet tea. That seemed strange to me because they had Splenda packets available, which is used for unsweet tea. I don’t drink carbonated soda but had already paid for my unsweet tea. So I paid almost $20 for 1 thing I wanted, the salmon. I will probably not return but hope they improve and are successful...
Read moreMuch better when it first opened. Placed a to go order with an estimated time of 11 minutes. That seemed outlandish so I gave it about 30. After I got there and saw no order in the online pick up area. The cashier took the next four police officers orders before telling me "oh I tried to call you because we were out of brown rice so we didn't make the order". I get it they're more important than everyone else but if you already had that information why not just throw that info to me so that I can continue to wait for my quick and convenient to go order. No "we're sorry, would you like a drink for your wait". So after coming back after another 30 minutes they forget my sauce for my egg rolls again off her no apology for the inconvenience and I thought when you order extra meat they put it in a separate container. Didn't get that either but I was charged for it. And if I did these meat portions are ridiculously small for a "large bowl" I get it the new generation kind of sucks it customer...
Read moreThis experience was pretty mediocre. I had the Spicy chicken and it wasn't bad, but it wasn't particularly above average. I was trying something new. The service was underwhelming and lukewarm. Not rude, not bad, just there. Of course McDonald's makes billions being just so-so. This is kinda a " been there, done that" place to me. I won't tell you it's not worth trying, but I won't tell you that your NEED to try it, either.
Addendum per request: What could be done better? Service #1. Acknowledge customer when they enter with a greeting. Show personality if you are the face of the store (act like you want to do a GOOD job, not the minimum to not get fired). The taste of food is individual as long as it isn't over done or under done, but service is universal. If one feels welcome, they come back. Chic-fil-a isn't the BEST CHICKEN EVER, but no one comes close to their service and they are always packed. The fact that their owner takes the time to address reviews will get me to...
