UPDATE: I'm moving this to a 4-star rating because I received a callback from the Operations Mgr. on 1/17/22 offering a replacement meal. I'm moving this to a 4-star mainly because it's unheard of for a restaurant manager to reach out about a complaint, and I truly appreciate this. It shows that they actually care, which is unusual for most places esp. during this COVID epidemic. I do understand that people make mistakes, and I'm looking forward to a much better experience with Jet's of Northville. Also, the Operations Mgr. did mention that they recently had a policy change where the Jet's Wings are no longer dipped in sauce. The sauce is now provided on the side. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Recently moved to Novi. Have consistently ordered from Jet's for many years. Never had any problems until dealing with Jet's-Northville. Understandably, mistakes happen, but mistakes have consistently happened each time I've ordered from this location, so it does help to read BAD REVIEWS. It's unclear if the problem at this location is staffing/training-related or just bad attitudes:
1st Order - Wanted to pay by phone and leave tip, as I always do. Was told I could pay the delivery guy. (Never heard this before, but oh well.) Delivery guy arrives telling me he can't take bank/credit cards. Fortunately, I had 40-some dollars in my purse and paid by cash, still leaving a tip because it wasn't the delivery guy's fault.
2nd Order - Requested a Jet's Pizza, Jet's bread, "Bone-in Jet's wings" with "mild sauce". Instead they brought me "Boneless" wings" dipped in "BBQ sauce".
3rd Order - Last night requested a Jet's Pizza, Jet's bread, "Bone-in Jet's wings" with "mild sauce. They brought the Jet's wings with mild sauce on the side - we had to dip the wings ourselves, while the Jet's bread was so horrible it's still sitting in the box waiting to be thrown out. It didn't taste anything like the Jet's bread we're accustomed to. It was as if all the seasonings and cheese were missing, and the texture was also different. There were also pieces of Jet's bread thrown into the box as if they came from another box. There was also no pizza sauce, as requested, for the bread.

Read moreI ordered delivery tonight because I have been having horrible muscle pain all day. I was told a 45 minute wait which was totally fine. I waited in my living room next to the front door the whole time. I get a call saying that they came to my house, rang the doorbell, knocked, and waited a few minutes with no reply. No one ever came to my house and I explained that. The driver did leave me a voicemail but if the number isn’t a contact my phone sends it directly to my messages box. Doesn’t change the fact that no one ever came to my home. They said they would get my order to me when they could but I knew that if I that were the case it would be cold. So I decided to just drive up there myself. Im just not impressed. Read moreVery unprofessional location. Ordered online... waited an hour for delivery and still nothing. Called the store and they said its due to be here any time. An hour later called back again and spoke to a manager who uses "like" as every other word who made excuses. If they were truly out of crust for pizza's.. why didn't they tell me that as soon as I ordered... or when I called after the first hour? (also told us someone called us.. they didn't.. and the order didn't register in their system.. yet I had the confirmation number) Mistakes happen but its all about how you handle them. Avoiding telling the truth and flat out lying doesn't sit well with me in any situation. Used this location for monthly corporate events and personal orders but they have lost my business over this...
