I want to start off this is our Local Go To Burger King and I have been spending money here for Years. Today We had A very bad experience at this location becayse of an Employee's disrespectful Rant and Mocking my placing my order her name was I think "Whitney" She is A shorter Female with A Buzz Cut, I walked in the store to place our family's take out as I normally do. My partner is very specific and Likes to have it her way! Burger Kings Slogan is "Have it your way"...or atleast I thought it was...After I placed my order to the front counter person, I waited a couple minutes and went to take drink to the car and my partner tells me that The employee "Whitney" came outside literally right in front of the restaurant and our family van as my other sits and watches her literally MOCK AND ACT OUT HOW I PLACED OUR FOOD ORDER and she is talking to A manager I think her name Is Vanna and they both laughing about the fact I wanted No Mayo On Our Rodeo King Burger...To be honest Why is this is the slightest bit funny is beyond me, but what really upsets our family is they sat there for a while during work hours doing this and making fun of A spending customer. Now the older more "mature" manager inside is A Delight and always is, and along with the crew that was actually in the building doing work! They All was very welcoming and Apologized about this. I spoke to the Front Counter employees about it, but I really hope they address this issue as I was simply trying to enjoy our visit to Burger King as we regularly do this time This Employee really went to far and as for management to sit there and Laugh and act as if this behavior is okay...I am sorry but it is not. Let's try To Honor Have It Your Way without rudely mocking somebody's order in front of there own...
Read moreOkay so I don't usually leave reviews unless I feel really compelled to. I eat BK a lot here lately, the ones in coeburn and St. Paul closed down as you guys know, due to obvious reasons. So since I started eating @ this one over the course of the last few months I've prob been 12-15 times. Literally, and I mean literally, every time I've been, we've had to pull forward. And it's basic things that I always order, and never that much, and no one is hardly EVER behind me. The customer service is absolutely terrible. They just seem so upset to be there. You guys are getting paid, do your job and do it with a smile on your face. Now, onto the food - I'm very fair, and I will give you this - the food for the most part is wonderful! Today it wasn't that great: our food tasted like it had been sitting out for awhile so, as usual, no idea why we had to pull forward. But it usually is pretty good. Tea is drinkable on most days. Read moreTonight makes the 5th time in a month where I’ve specifically ordered something and I got the total opposite. You might as well not even order your food the way you want because they fix it however they want to. My son is autistic and he only eats things a certain way and anyone who has autistic kids or family they know they will not eat it unless it’s the way they are use to eating it. I refuse to spend 10 to 15 dollars on a meal just for me to throw it away. I’ve had enough and I will no longer bring my business here and anyone that I know I will suggest to go somewhere else and anyone reading this don’t bother keep on going and find something different. I’m a very understanding person and I get things happen but Jesus people come on 5 times in 1 month?
