Usually order before I go especially if it's at lunchtime because they sell out of the good (hot and ready) stuff quickly and they are packed. I can either call or place an order on the app and they make it fresh. I went right at closing before and got hot and ready items and not only were the items old and "timed out" but they didn't even wait until I walked out to start throwing what they had away after they just charged me full price for their throwaway food. Placed call in order. Was told it would be ready in 25 minutes. Waited an hour resulting in being late to an appointment. It’s generally expected when you’re given a time for a call in order you don’t wait double the amount of time. If I had been told it would be an hour wait rather than the 25 minutes I was told that would have been fine and I could have made arrangements to go somewhere else.
