Hardee’s — Restaurant in Norton

Note: This is likely only the second time in my life I've ever requested a refund. The food is usually pretty good. However, I had a very negative interaction with a manager named Beth on the evening of 11/8/25 at 4:27 PM. I politely asked for a refund, and she rolled her eyes, responded with "What's the problem?!" in a highly sarcastic tone, and made several rude remarks throughout. She refused the refund, stating, "I can't do a refund—Hardee's is picky about it, and I'd have to call my GM." I stopped at this Hardee's on my way to Wilmington North Carolina and got a quick bite to eat. I got a cheeseburger medium fry and a soda. Burger was cold and the fries were lukewarm. Of course I waited till I got back on the highway to taste my food and I chose not to turn around and say anything. The lady at the window was friendly enough. But the outside of the restaurant was absolutely filthy. Trash all through the parking lot and that should have told me not to order nothing to eat. I don't understand why some of these fast food restaurants serve food that they would never eat themselves obviously I will not stop at that...

Every time I go here it is never the right order.Fries are always cold. Went a couple days ago and ordered a simple breakfast and wanted 30 min. Bad Management here. All front counter was very confused as to were the food was going to and out. Also very short handed during breakfast when it should be full staff because that is there busiest time of the day.
