Perfect coffee place in a beautiful little town. We were driving back from Asheville NC to Huntington WV. I clicked on ‘coffee’ in the apple maps section and this place popped up. Glad we stopped! Caleb got Kelly’s Killer Bee latte with a cookie, and I got Sarahs Punkin latte. Both DELICIOUS! He even gave us an extra espresso chocolate chunk cookie on the house! I want to buy local with all my heart, but buying local when the quality isn’t there I can not justify it. Especially when things local cost more than buying from other outlets. I bought two different roasts of coffee from Lincoln Road very excited about it, but quickly disappointed with the first cause it was not strong enough. I did get a medium roast the first time so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and bought a bag of dark roast. Got home and was equally disappointed. I was searching for a coffee shop while I explored the area and landed here. It's fairly unassuming from the brick exterior but once you walk in, you are greeted with a more modern feel on the inside. The coffee shop was laid back with peaceful music in the background. They also had some cool plant art painted on the walls. I ordered a chai latte which was excellent. I sat and did some reading while overhearing some local chit chat.
