Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Norton

My husband and I went to eat inside around 7:30pm this evening. There were a couple of cars in the drive-through, but no other customers inside. We waited at the counter for several minutes (probably around 7 or so). Four different employees looked directly at us, but not once were we verbally acknowledged. I don't mind waiting if the place is busy or short staffed, but someone should at least have the decency to say they'll be with us soon. We both got so annoyed by the extremely rude (lack of) service that we just left. No one tried to stop us to see if we needed anything or apologize for the wait. I'm sure the obviously disgruntled employees were happy to see us go. I usually receive good service in the drive-through, so I was surprised by their awful behavior. Your food is already too expensive. Good customers who work hard for their money don't deserve to be treated so poorly....

Well I would say tonight ( 6pm- Nov, 7 2018 ) was absolutely the worst service I've ever received from this dairy queen. They totally screwed my wife and I's order. I ordered 2 chili cheese hotdogs and a reeses peanut butter cup blizzard and my wife ordered a 6 piece chicken strip combo to go. My blizzard came out with No peanut butter cup pieces at all and when I told them about it I got a eye roll from the girl at the counter. It came back the second time with about 10 pieces, just sorry. My hotdogs had No cheese at all mostly mustard and onions again, just sorry. My wife was handed a cold 3 piece chicken instead of a 6 piece. Which she checked in the truck. Now she has to go back in and get it corrected. All those working on this day at this time should be retrained or fired. There was only 3 other people in the place, so they were NOT busy at all. Totally...

The cashier no receipt so didn't catch her name but I considered her rude.. She never heard of the kids meal grilled cheese combo for one so grandson didn't get a ice cream but we shared with him she rang up grilled cheese and fries separately said there was no combo that was a first because we usually go after church.. Maybe next time we will go else where grandson is autistic so he usually picks where we eat..my grandson also left a baby Jesus in the divider for someone to take and keep the same girl looked at it and threw it in the trash 🗑️ very rude she's the one who really needs Jesus. Anyway maybe a long time before we come back.. your drink and ice machine in dining room is always out of order or it's out of what we drink.. I wish I would have gotten...
