Doughmakers Pizza — Restaurant in Norton

I was charge for three adult buffet with drinks included then was charged for additional for 3.00 drink for my 18 month old granddaughter then another additional 8.00 dollar for the lunch buffet for my 18 month old granddaughter then ,I was charged again for a medium or small sweet tea to TAKE ON THE go after I was charged the 1st time They waiters only came to the table 2 time s the entire time .There's was old pizza on the pizza bar I had to ask the waiters to bring out fresh pizza s Not only that ,I felt like the waiters could have done a better job than she did today. Who in the hell in their right minds charge s a 18 month old baby to eat at pizza restaurants for 10.00 for a lunch buffet and drink I. Paid 80.00 for all the food and drink and got back on 15 cents outta 80.00 dollars and no receipt was given. To me .or nor did the lady that was taking the money at the register didn't bother to ask me if ,I even wanted a receipt. MY DAUGHTER WAS GOING TO LET HER BABY EAT SOME PIZZA OFF HER PLATE BECAUSE SHE WONT EAT MUCH. AND THE 1ST THING THE WAITERS SAID WAS U CAN'T DO THAT WE WILL HAVE TO CHARGE U FOR THE BUFFET AND DRINK FOR UR GRANDDAUGHTER. I WILL NOT BE BACK AT DOUGHMAKERS PIZZA PLACE AT NORTON VA TO EVER EAT THERE AGAIN. after haven to paid 80.00 for all the food and drinks and been treated rude by the waiter there was no way in hell was I gonna leave the waiters a tip.after paying 80.00 for the food and drinks.There service could have been better. U just don't go around treating ur customers that way next time when i take my family out to eat I will definitely take them somewhere s else to eat at. it definitely will not be doughmakers pizza for sure I have always heard this place was good . This is the first time we had ever eaten inside I wil not definitely recommend this place to no one or will be back...

A friend and I went to Doughmakers for the buffet yesterday. We have been several times in the past and have always enjoyed their pizza buffet and salad bar. Yesterday was a completely different experience. We walked in and looked at the buffet. There were only three slices of old pizza and a dried out piece of what looked like dessert pizza. We sat down at the table and the waitress came to take our drink orders. We told her we wanted the bar but noticed there was really no pizza on there. She asked what we wanted. We asked for pepperoni and banana peppers. She said she could not add the banana peppers but could do pepperoni. We agreed that pepperoni would be okay. While we waited on the pizza, we made a salad. That’s when we noticed there was no crackers on the salad bar. My friend asked if she could have some crackers for her salad, and the waitress gave her 4 packs of crackers. Once the pizza was put on the bar, we went to get some. Then again, we noticed that there was no breadsticks. We requested breadsticks to be put out. She did bring out the breadsticks but did not bring any sauces. Again, my friend asked if we could get some sauce to dip our breadsticks. The waitress brought a small cup of sauce to the table. After we got finished eating, we went to pay the bill. My friend was charged $1 for 4 packs of crackers and a $1 for the sauce!! Her total was $18 and some change and my total was $16 and some change!! We were not told that there would be an upcharge for crackers and sauces. We did pay our tabs but we will NOT be back there!!! So, if you go to Doughmakers, be sure to bring your own dipping sauces and crackers because they will charge you ridiculous prices for them...

I’m going to start out saying that I usually don’t ever leave reviews unless something happens with my experience for me to share with others so the same thing doesn’t happen again. Hopefully they will use this and do better. Anyways, I called today at 1:17 pm and placed a pick up order for an XL pepperoni and cheese pizza and a XL cheese bread. I was told to give them 20 mins and it would be done. With my experience and dough makers I always go a little early because sometimes they finish it before the time they said and I want a hot pizza. I believe everyone just about wants a nice hot pizza when they get home to eat. So I left about 10 mins before so I could get it while it was hot. I go and pick it up and immediately noticed the boxes were cold as heck. So I just assumed that they had just put the pizza and cheese bread into the box and hadn’t heated up all the way. So I get home and open the pizza and you can immediately tell it was not a fresh pizza at all. Matter in fact it had been sitting for a little bit. They at least cooked the cheese bread because it was still super hot with melty cheese. The pizza didn’t have a bit of melt to it at all. It was stiff and a little over cooked (I don’t mind that sometimes) but overall I’m very disappointed because I come here and eat quite often as well as my family does also. Hopefully they will take this and try to make things better. I have loved this place since I moved here and have eaten here so so so many times and never once had a bad experience except for today. I just wanted to shed light on this and hopefully this won’t happen to...
