1 star is to good for this place😭I Ordered two of the largest pizzas they offer with extra crispy crust which they advised me will take an extra ten minutes for the crispy crust for a total of 25 min. No problem I say. The pizzas had garlic ,onions, sundried tomatoes & grilled chicken. When i arrived to pick them up i find out they cooked 2 large , not extra large pizzas , I figured I just won't eat & I buy them anyway because I had visiting friends and did not want to make them wait . On top of that , I get to the car and discover instead of garlic it's covered in green bell pepper , which one of my guests is severely allergic to and the crust is soggy & borderline raw. So i take them back in hoping for some quick resolution. They refuse to give me a refund , stating i can either keep these pizzas and get 15% off my next order or they can remake the pizzas in 15 minutes . I ask how they can make extra crispy crust in 15 minutes when they clearly advised me it takes 25 minutes . They had no answer so I storm out throwing the soggy, wrong sized, death ingredient pizzas in the trash on my way out . At no point did the pimply faced cashier seem to care . I will never go back to Angelinas Infamous Pizza & would not eat there again if they paid me. My guests & I ended up all going out to Tantalum in Long Beach harbour and had a great time . No thanks to the crappy money wasting pizza at Angelinas. Signed- Infuriated Customer who apparently in...
Read moreI have been going to Angelina's Famous Pizza for over 20 years now. I can totally understand why it has been rated as one of the best pizzas in all of Norwalk. I also understand why it was rated 1 of the best pizzas in the LA area. Their attention to detail and their winning ingredients have made this a landmark in the Norwalk area. So do yourself a favor if you ever find yourself near the corner of Alondra Blvd and Bloomfield Avenue stop on by and tell them Ivan sent you. Although the pizzas have gotten little more pricey and the sizes have gotten smaller the taste and the presentation of the pizzas I still worth every dime. Although I've moved away from the area I still have to travel to get some Angelina famous pizza every now and then. I truly hope this Norwalk Landmark never goes out of style. Excellent pizza with fresh ingredients and they are not stingy with those ingredients. Personal favorite ham, pineapple, pepperoni and sausage pizza. However where else can you get a pepperoni and sausage pizza with a sausage on every pepperoni. ( a close 2nd in my book ) oh by the way when you order other of those they do not use precooked sausages, incredible idea and the sausages are more...
Read moreThis is my go to pizza place, and not because it's close to my house. The pizza sauce is so well seasoned and tangy. The ingredients are fresh and abundant. I've only ever had one issue, and it's that the last time I went we ordered wings that came out of the oven burnt, and when we pointed it out to the fellas working insisted they were fine and proceeded to shield us from seeing them as they got sauced. In short we were forced to pay for and eat scorched wings. That was unfortunate, as they're pretty expensive as far as wings go. But aside from this one single instance this place deserves every...
