Dunkin' — Restaurant in Norwalk

I went in for a refresher and an avocado toast. The Latina lady that works there basically ran out from behind the counter, and started putting all the sweeteners away. There was a man there that she was speaking to in Spanish and told him that the a male that had just walked in steals all the sweeteners everyday. She told him in Spanish and they both started laughing. Then another Latino male walked in and he passed her some money, I guess he’s also a regular and she took his order before mine. The male that she was speaking of was behind me and said hello to me. I said hello as well. She does not know that I am Latina as well. When she finally took my order, I gave her my order in Spanish. She was frazzled because she knows I heard what she had said. I know the man she was speaking about. He has some sort of mental health issues. She needs to be nicer! Also remember, in this area of East Norwalk, there are homes that people with disabilities live in and frequent this DD. Please be aware that you have an employee with no empathy working there. And I wrote this review so people are aware of the premises. And to add insult to injury, she rushed through my order so fast, she got it wrong. And I know it was because she was embarrassed. To begin with, there was just one person taking the orders and making them. I ordered three double scoop ice creams and a coffee. I never got my receipt. When we got out our ice creams it was barely one scoop, it the smallest ice cream spoon i've ever seen. Then the employee forgot to prepare our coffee and people who arrived after us were attended before us. We had to remember the employee we were waiting for the coffe, by the time we got it, our "ice creams" melted away, like you can see in the picture below. People who waited in line left, others complained out loud and none of the employees...

The worst service I have ever received in the 20 years I’ve been coming here the last set of workers and manger that were here were the best at there job, that actually cared about there customers!! Ever since they placed a new manager she has been the worst she does not care doesn’t not like to help is always miserable.. never talks to anyone and the service from her is even worse then the actual employees this Dunkin’ Donuts location needs!!!!! A new manger and some new employees that actually care about there customer specially the regulars that come...
