This place is going downhill. We've had our food left at the wrong house, then when I nicely try to tell the staff to please make sure the drivers read the directions, it rarely works.We've had drivers get lost constantly it's 4 times. Once they got it right recently, we never had this issue before last few months. I had the last driver tell me he was driving around. He then told me the number on my house is wrong ..it is not. The order arrives 1 hour 15 min after I order wilted lettuce on cold burger..paid $65.00 and it's like every time now. Not worth it. It's upsetting cause they repeat back the order that's nice. The portions have changed (like everywhere else) and I don't know if Management changed in the last year but it seems that drivers are not intelligent, maybe not being paid enough and Management is defensive. I've been ordering from here for 20 years and will be taking my business...

I ordered Ollie salad, potato skins, and a large pizza half bacon half sausage. Immediately upon seeing the salad I was disappointed. It was so much fixings and barely any greens. Salad was tasty but disappointed in the ratio of toppings to greens. Speaking of ratios: the potato skins are half a baked potato with a little cheese and some bacon crumbled atop. Too much potatoe to cheese ratio. These should be 2/3s of the amount of potato you're serving thus allowing the cheese and bacon to come forth and not be drowned out by so much potatoe. The pizza tonight sucked bad. Soggy crust, hard cheese that broke and didn't even stretch, and the sauce was just not to my liking. First, I really wish I saw the reviews before going to this so-called pizza shop, but I'm not surprised. I was in the area and ordered 2 pizza rolls. Rolls of toilet paper would've probably been more tasty. They had no flavor, no seasoning and I felt like I was eating cardboard. The funny thing is that we asked to sit down and eat our food there and they told me that I couldn't! This was AFTER I had paid them AND tipped them and there were people already sitting and eating there. There were free tables available, but the manager made it clear that we were not welcomed to stay there to eat. I would give them negative stars if I could. Don't waste...
