called in 1 pizza, was told 30 minutes. showed up 30 min later, paid and waited for my pizza. I was the only customer. Saw a pizza sitting on the counter but I figured they didn’t give it to me because maybe it wasn’t mine. Turns out it was, they just let me sit there and wait watching my pizza get cold for 10 minutes before the guy in the back realized it was mine. Pizza is cold and the sauce is all dried up. Bummer because we used to love JBs

Great pizza, great chili and hot dogs Due to the covid-19 JB's it's been my go-to for the last minute lunches and dinners they deliver which in 45 minutes no matter what you order. Young lady answer the phone is very pleasant willing to help if you ask for something she's not sure they have she'll tell you to wait one second and go check and let you know if they have it in stock or not and then give you a choice of something to replace it if they don't. The driveway is a courteous I'm time and bring the food into your door with a no-contact policy. I thank them every day for their speedy and reliable meals great roast beef and broccoli. This review is based on delivery instructions only and not the food. We ordered delivery via slice and on delivery instructions it clearly shows i opted for contact less delivery and it says to leave pizza at the door. Unfortunately the delivery driver rang the doorbell and stood there for a few mins, clearly not seeing the delivery instructions. I quickly had to open the door to collect the pizza. He was wearing a mask but I was not as they were being washed, another reason why I opted for contactless delivery. Please make sure drivers are reading delivery instructions prior...

I LOVE JBs. I work at City Hall and it is so convenient that I can order online and take 2 minutes out of my day to go grab my food and get back to work. I like that they have so many options that really hit anything that I want for lunch time.

I also LOVE their rewards program. You get 1 point for every dollar spent. Once you hit 100 points you get $10 off which is essentially a free lunch. Their online ordering system is super effective and easy.

I love the vodka sauce pizza, the moose, the grilled chicken wrap, and leo puffs!...
