LOS POBLANOS MEXICAN GRILL FOOD TRUCK — Restaurant in Norwalk

Food was average, service was HORRIBLE! Our server's attitude was negative from beginning to end, come to find out she's the owner! Charged us $11 for a watered down Margarita with only a pinch of liquor in it.

Gave us the 1st basket of tortilla chips for free, charged us for the 2nd basket and didn't tell us until we got the bill. Then tacked on another 4% CONVENIENCE CHARGE for not paying cash!

Worst part of it all, was that she had a "get out of my store if you don't like it" attitude when we asked her about these charges on the final bill.

There are plenty of Mexican restaurants in Norwalk with Great customer service, sadly this isn't one of them. Save yourself time and money and go...

Terrible business. The woman who greeted me at the counter was extremely rude— dismissive, loud, talked down to me, etc. She told me my order total was $31- gave no receipt. I went to my car and was checking my bank account, saw I was charged $89. I went inside calmly to ask about the price discrepancy and she immediately began yelling at me, laughing in my face. The manager then came out to the front and told her to go to the back, where she continued laughing and mocking me— thinking I didn’t understand Spanish. Overall a terrible, terrible experience. Extremely unprofessional, unwelcoming environment, plus overcharge. Please do not waste your time or money here, nothing justifies...

I had hair in my food. They only refunded me half just because I ate half. There was a long piece of hair in my food and didn’t want to refund me the full amount . Never come here. And way too expensive for the amount given. I payed $16 for a small amount of food ( A burrito bowl) . Only got back $8. I usually don’t leave reviews but this really had me upset. I still want my full refund. They tried to claim it was someone’s else hair. Now I’m blonde and my friend has braids. It was the color of the chef’s hair.
