Lucian's Pizza Norwalk — Restaurant in Norwalk

WORST pizza. I ordered online, a large pizza and two individual pizzas. When I placed the order I was told 15 minutes. I went in and picked up my order, took me less than 5 minutes to get home. ALL the pizzas were COLD, hardly any sauce, crusts were hard as a rock. Lucian does NOT deserve 4.5 stars. You barely deserve 1!!

Company states you can't wrap your head around a one star review? I HAD to put the star. The pizza was so cold. Almost as if it had been sitting for a while and I'm only 15 minutes away. It should have been hot. I don't want a refund. What good...

Believe it or not, the pizzas that I purchased were really good since the last time I was there. I purchased the Family #2 meal which consist of 2 pepperoni pizzas, 1 order of breadsticks (8 pcs), 1 order of wings (8 pcs), and a 2 Liter soda all for $25.99 + tax. Great deal and everything was cooked to order!! No pre-made pizzas sitting under the lights to keep them warm! Fresh, fresh, fresh!!!And top this, the young lady even carried the food to my vehicle!! Rude and took my phone order wrong but before I new the order was wrong my 12 year went inside to pick up the pizza and girl in the register had a rude and nasty attitude so I went to see what was the problem so I asked for the person in charge and I made a complaint but it happen to be the “owner” and he just got loud un professional and then he said he wasn’t going to give me my food. So yeah bad atmosphere and food is always not cooked half way. So me and my kids left super hungry thanks guys.
