McDonald's — Restaurant in Norwalk

My boyfriend Trevor just introduced the McGriddle to me it is one of the best things that I've ever had I'm glad that I didn't know about this before cuz I'd probably be over 700 pounds by now it's one of the best things that I've ever eaten especially from McDonald's the spicy chicken sandwich and the bread is two pieces of pancake they have like the perfect amount of syrup in them already and then the hash browns are way too expensive unfortunately so we get a large fry and then put french fries inside of them and they're amazing I just want to have them all day now and I love it where my French fries have the perfect about I have thoughts and they're super hot when I get them and that's how they were actually perfect cuz a lot of the McDonald's that go to 30 there has too much salt or not enough weather cold french fries and I do not eat cold McDonald's french fries they're so gross I always have to tell them to give me my fries with either no salt or tell them brand-new with light light light salt or it's just got too much salt on them this place they're hot and have perfect amount of salt so it's very impressive and my boyfriend was in and out in less than 10 minutes on Thanksgiving Day but usually you get terrible service because people don't want to work so they get a 10...

I like that it's open 24 hrs, sometimes the system is down and only cash is accepted in which case your not able to use the McDonald's mobile coupons, being that I'm a big couponer this is a major disadvantage, the lines are sometimes long and slow, but its close to home and compared to other fast-food restaurants it's not that bad, the customer service is decent and consistent, not bipolar or unorganized, if I see or feel an employee acting kinda cold I understand they are human too and don't expect to be received with roses and balloons either lol, I come here often and am pretty familiar with the faces (im not good with names) for the majority of the time everybody is very courteous and truly try to put on their best attitude, smiling and wishing me a good day (even at midnight). As for the food it's always warm and neat, not all cold and slimy, decent amount of fries too with the "soggy ones" (my favorite) the "hard little ones" lol and the "just right ones". I see plenty of parking very clean outside, they have a play area for the kids, I've been inside but it looks nice and family oriented. I've had sooooo many horrible experiences with other McDonald's just so disappointing. Overall this McDonald's gets 5...

I find it hard to rate a fast food place. What I mean by that is, what are the expectations. This is a Mcdonald's and in order to get McDonald's food, you pull up to the drive trough, order your food, or go in to the restaurant to order which is something I don't believe I've done outside of road trips, you pull up to the pay window, pay, go to the next window, and receive your food. That, to me now in this day and age, is the McDonalds experience. That and sometimes receiving onions in my burger when I have requested they not be in there. I'm not expected to be blown away by McDonald's food because I've had it many times throughout my lifetime. I know the food that they provide as Mcdonald's food. Not any better or worse than other establishments. That's just McDonald's food. The location is not out of the ordinary, there's plenty of parking and the staff was cheery and happy to serve. I received my food quickly and there was nothing wrong with it. It was just as I expected and that's great because its what I wanted. Great work Mcdonalds! In a league of your own.
