Just an observation I noticed today. There are two managers here. One is a blonde haired lady who is bilingual (very sweet, was always going above and beyond for customers). She was on top of things despite being short staffed today and managing all the delays with smiles and apologies and helping people out. The other manager… (black hair, only spoke 1 language) was extremely rude to this one student that was there till closing time. I’ve never seen someone in such a high managerial position act so rudely to a customer/kid before. It was closing time and we were getting ready to empty the store. And the kid tells her the employee said he could stay longer. And she kept cutting him off and shooing him like a homeless person. Even though it was obvious he was a student/normal patron. He spoke to some employee and found out they were mistaken so he went back to the same manager (black hair) to apologize. He didn’t know Spanish very well (actually not good at all) but he attempted it and she had her back to him intentionally waving him away like a little kid. I respect that guy for being the bigger person and giving her the courtesy of apologizing even though it was the employee’s error. I told the kid just ignore it and he did the right thing.
She however… no respect. No dignity. I don’t want to eat in a place where that is how management acts. They don’t need my business. But for the record I won’t be...
Read moreI went inside to order food and everything went smooth... Until I sat down outside to eat. I had a friend with me who was watching my bicycle outside, and since there are no bike racks and we were hungry, we sat down near the entrance to eat our food. Within 5 minutes the store manager opened the door and said "are you guys done yet, you have to leave." She said it was not safe for us to be outside of the store eating. I inquired as to where i could put my bike and she informed me that it was not her responsibility. The nerve! So i asked for the corporate office phone number and she said I had to wait for the cops to arrive before she would disclose that. Just another power tripping nobody who let her authority go to her head. So I waited (for an hour) for the cops to arrive and they never did. I found the corporate office number online and filed a complaint but if you do not want to be talked down to as a customer (I assure you I was cordial and polite until she refused to give me the corporate office phone number) do NOT go to this McDonnalds. Do yourself a favor and go to KFC or Taco Bell...
Read moreSo tired of being pushed around by the world few days ago the fries seemed to be out of trash not even put in container and asked for a McRib and other things asked if order was correct? I was reading for only few seconds and rudely said is your order correct? so I said yes in distress, no McRib and horrible fries and today the dumb app took points for two ice creams I know cus it said two on app and my points went from over 3000 to 826 ice creams 1500 normally I keep my mouth shut because maybe I’m wrong but I saw this time and asked the lady she just kept looking at me and I knew if I showed her the app she would not care but showed er anyway, and I said will do I get another one she like well you only get one I say they took my points she kept staring and doing that sarcastic okAaaay I said never mind once again she said okay?… omg I wish I did not say anything now just raised my blood pressure witch is high already I may post screenshot as proof but let me make make sure nothing to personal on it, and those combos they never gave them to me just took my points all I ask is stop...
