Taco Bell — Restaurant in Norwalk

I will never go back to this taco bell as long as i live. The service here is so not rite i ordered my food rite in front of a mgr and the person he helpt after i ordered got his food way befor i did. In fact because of this new self takeing order crap my order was never made and the mgr never asked me what i was waiten for in fact not one person there ever acknowledged me there for 45 minutes. I have worked for taco ell be it a long tome ago though its hard to beleave that there is only hispanics who work there and have given my an attitude every time ive gone there. And the wait is so ridiculous. Never have i had to wait 30 minutes to get a order unless the were swamped. And that store dosent get that bussy 3 cars in the drive thrue and 3 inside . 45 minutes to wait for 22 worth of food and an attitude from the mgr. What is up with that huh. I would have been fired quick as heel had that happend in colorado. Yall must not care that ur store is so prejudice against americans. Yea yea i know thats not true. Yes it is in fact true and thats why i will never eat at another taco ell ever again. Im just so blowen away how they treet there own so well and when we come in we het blowen off. Oh and they said they dident make it because i dident pay for it rite away. But no one said 1 word to me about that. Not cool...

There was a long line at the drive-thru and once we were waiting at the speaker to place our order, no one spoke to us to take our order for the long while we were there. So we assumed the speaker wasn’t working and moved forward in line. Later in line we heard someone take the order of the car behind us. Once we reached the window we hoped to make our order there and explained that no one took our order. However the employee claimed that we probably didn’t hear her and that she couldn’t take our order because there were cars waiting behind us. That’s funny because there’s a sign that says if you have hearing issues, pull up to the window for assistance. The lady even laughed when we said our windows were open and did not hear anything. Don’t waste your time at this Taco Bell. Worst...

Over the last few months this Taco Bell has slowly been downsizing and shrinking their portions, changing how much they give you even if you pay extra. Now they have made their large drink cups smaller. I used to spend almost $40 a trip and I don't think I will be back. Tired of everything getting smaller except the prices and thinking customers won't notice. To the owner, I hope you realize the more ppl who stop going means you make less. Is it really worth it to save that extra spoon of beef or pump of cheese a customer pays extra for, smaller cups if in the end it cost you $30-$40+? Cause that's what it cost you with...
