Updated review: I was contacted by the manager of the store, Marc, who went above and beyond to try to make the situation right. Unfortunately, I couldn't return the 50 tempered glass or the 45 case, but Marc refunded us some money back to try to price match these accessories with online prices. The thing that brought me most comfort, was to hear the words from that the salesperson who is responsible for these shady sales practices will be spoken to. Please, please, ask a million questions and don't let someone push extras on you. When in doubt, call Verizon directly.
STAY AWAY! I recently walked in thinking this store was an actual Verizon store so I trusted them and purchased my new phone from them only to find out later, when I looked at the receipt that they practice shady sales practices!
This is not a direct Verizon store (Receipt says Victra) They OVERCHARGE for their phones (the iPhone Xs retails for 999 but they charged me 1,010) and yes! $11 is eleven dollars! SHADY SALES TACTICS ON TOP OF SHADY SALES TACTICS! Ididn'tt feel good about what I was seeing on my receipt so I went back the next day to ask what a Set Up and Go Plus (19.99) & Redux Single Line Membership (29.99) fees were about. The salesperson told me that these were mandatory "Verizon" one-time fees. I didn't buy that answer so I called Verizon directly. They told me that they charge no such fees. This is something that these affiliated retailers add on themselves.
The math of what I have already overpaid so far: 22.00 (overcharge on two iPhones) 39.98 (19.99 x 2 Set Up & Go Fees on two phones) 59.98 (29.99 x 2 Redux Single Line Membership) 121.96
MORE SHADY SALES TACTICS ON TOP OF SHADY SALES TACTICS: I was supposedly getting a free tempered glass, case, and car charger. BUT I was forced these items which I ended up paying 59.99 for the tempered glass, 44.99 for the case, and 39.99 for the car charger. Now ask yourself who in their right mind would pay (144.97) this much for accessories????
The TOTAL of what I WAS OVERCHARGED: 121.96 + 144.97 = $266.93
When one asks not to get any of these accessories, they tell you that it is cheaper to get them than to not.
On top of all these fees, overcharges, and unnecessary expenses, I still have to pay Verizon 30.00 per phone (total of 60) on my bill for activation fees, which is the ONLY FEE one should walk away paying plus the taxes on the RETAIL price of the phones!

After reading previous reviews, I drove from DTLA to Norwalk to buy the Galaxy S8. I was treated very well by Ricardo, Melissa, and Samuel who worked there on a Sunday 7-1-2018. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE & WILL BE COMING BACK FOR FUTURE PURCHASES. I'm a Business Owner and know that Customer Service is very important.

I was assisted mainly by Ricardo who answered all of my 20+ questions. He was a great listener, very knowledgeable about the S8, S9, LG, powerbanks, car chargers, etc., and he took the time to explain to me the breakdown of all of my charges and why.
He educated me on a lot of stuff regarding Verizon's monthly payment plan, in which it did benefit me. He even took out the products from various packaging to show me how things work and its benefits.

Kenny has always gone above and beyond whenever we had questions or doubts of anything. But today after being on the phone with customer service I was told to make an appointment and maybe the store reps could be better assist me. I made the appointment with high hopes Kenny would be able to help and clarify things. I showed up to the location with only one rep. I knew my issues/ concerns would take a while so I waited but once I finally was asked what was needed was just told “not much I can do” with the information provided” this been said to me after I was told by customer service reps that the store would be able to further assist.
