Pizza Brothers of Norwalk — Restaurant in Norwalk

Just called to place an order and when asked if there was an online menu i could look at was told "it's out of date" so proceeded to ask if they had what i was looking for, they did, however, when asking about the items the person on the phone was hard to hear and kept putting the phone down presumably to ask about the products i was trying to get more information about prior to my ordering. When the order got here i found that one of the items ordered wasnt even needed. As i wasnt even told it came with garlic bread so had a full order of it that didnt even need to order. The item that came with the garlic bread was made horribly and when i called the person answering again hard to hear and kept putting the phone down eventually leading to the manager who did not want to listen and just wanted to argue with me before they decided to zip their lip and just listen to what i was telling them. Would not recomend this place to anybody after this experience. Food is prob okay at best but just the fact that they wanted to argue with me, the customer, who was being civil and as proffessional as possible during the entire call, they will not patronize this place again, also will tell others...

So I’m rather hungry this evening and you know I’m looking to get a sun I order a BLT from this place $16.50 for an 18 inch sub wasn’t even an actual 18 inch sub two subs put together well it gets here I go to just pull it out well it’s wrapped wrong a bunch of bacon just falls all over the place on my counter at work then when I finally get it moved there’s no tomatoes I called put a complaining about there’s pizza sauce on my sub and not tomatoes and only thing that they offered was a container of tomatoes they couldn’t even give me a free side of breadsticks. It was already a soggy mess when it got here I would’ve had to probably wait like 10 minutes for tomatoes to get here would’ve rendered the sub on edible and just completely...

Our family of four recently ate at the Pizza Brothers in Norwalk, Ohio. We ordered the 17 inch Chicken, Bacon, Ranch Pizza and drinks to go with it. We went to our seats. When the waitress brought our order, it wad NOT what we ordered. It was one of their Foldever Pizzas. It was difficult to eat and had very little filling and way too much crust covering the Pizza.
