Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Norwalk

On June 7 2024 I went with four of my teenage grandchildren to have lunch. They wanted pizza so we went to Pizza Hut in Norwalk Ohio. When we walked into the restaurant we were the only people eating there. We seated ourselves. There were 2 middle-aged men working there that afternoon. I assume one was in the back maybe and one was our server. Most of the time they just stood up front and just talked. We were given menus without prices, which I do not like. When I asked our server about the prices of items , he was not sure of prices at all. To the left of us and close to us, was a long table , maybe seating 8 or more people, with plates of leftover food and leftover drinks etc . In the corner was another table in the same condition. Those tables stayed dirty the whole time we were there. We were there for over an hour to eat and talk and none of the dirty tables were cleaned. Just sat there like that.!! Both men stood around talking and then both went to a booth to eat for a while. Service was slow. Pizza was just ok. Nothing special. I had a whole glass of soft drink left and asked for a "to go " cup and the server brought me a little cup about 3 inches tall!! Said that was all the cups they had. The atmosphere was not good because of the dirty tables sitting right next to us. Plus the restaurant did not look very clean in general. I remember eating there a few years ago and the place used to be full of customers and it was a nice place to eat at and the food was really good. We probably will not eat...

Food was cold and my cheese pizza was burnt Placed a online order Got called because they ran out of dough so the pizzas and bread sticks had to be changed... Never had garlic bread so when he suggested that and cheesy bread over the bread sticks.. I took his word that they were similar.. Two orders which is 8 pieces of tiny bread was 11 bucks .. The cheese bread was 6.. Both were rubbery, old, tough bread .

Like they left it out all day,

Then they messed up the pizzas, they added money cost because they were hand tossed...

NOTHING was said about change in prices...

So my 34.98 Went to 54.98

I was pissed For burnt pizzas, cold food... And not even what I ordered to begin with!

So disappointed Then after food was ready had to park for the second pizza because they forgot to make it.. So handing me cold food, to tell me you forgot a pizza and have to make it...

What HUGE waste of money So 830 at night was what we ate after a funeral. And this pizza hut made my night from bad...

I never recieved all the items ordered .. called the following day, to get a refund for food never recieved. Refund was refused, a "credit" was offered and claimed to be a "refund" which was rejected by me. A credit is not the same as a refund. Manager on the line offering stuttered with her words to justify how a credit was a refund, I however was not buying into it. Corporate was called an hour later after they opened. The only thing they did was put in a "request for refund". Im not asking for the entire order to be refunded just for the item(s) not recieved. This on top of all other bad experiences has brought me to the conclusion of last nights experience to be the final experience / time that I order anything from Pizza Hut as a whole. I just want my money back for food never recieved. Everybody I talk to will be informed about this transgression and be strongly advised to...
