Went here with my new droid turbo looking to get it activated on my already existing Verizon account. All I needed was a smaller size sim card. There were 4 workers there all looking generally bored not the usual upbeat personalities you'd see at a phone retailer. Bought the sim card for $10. (Theyre free at Verizon stores BTW). Guy who's last name is Harvey sold it to me. Made no attempt to help me activate the phone, said to just call Verizon when I got home to activate my phone, so I did. The customer service rep told me that the sim card was incompatible with my phone and they most likely sold me a sim card for the iPhone 6 unknowingly. So I went back to the store where my questions were answered with a lot of "I don't knows." Setiously like 5 times. The manager, Liz, eventually told me that they couldn't return the sim card because I had already tried to activate my phone with it. :|. Then she told me to go home and wait for my phone to finish retrying to accept the sim card.... Soooo, I do and hmmn the seventh time didn't work either. Who would've guessed??? Next I go to the Verizon store in Sandusky, greeted by beautiful smiles and can I help yous :) :) he grabbed me a new sim card, in and out in 5 minutes. And I didn't even have to ask the rep to activate it for me. Probably because he was trained correctly in customer service. Oh yeah did I mention the sim card was free also??. K good. Seriously don't go to this store unless you enjoy unknowledable and careless staff. All they care about is making money off you buying the latest most expensive phone and plan. I wouldn't even be writing this review if the store manager hadn't told me that she wouldn't accept the return of the sim card her employee sold me 30 mins before. It's only $10 but damn, maybe accept responsibility that the sim card wasn't correct or...

My iPhone 12 wouldnāt charge (I tried blowing out the charging port, wouldnāt even read a charging cord connected , barely charged on a wireless). They checked and confirmed my issue , said itād be $273 if I wanted a new phone & suggested that I go to Interstate Batteries (a phone repair shop 20 min away).
I drove there, they checked and said my phone had an internal short, that it would prob be cheaper to use my warranty of $273.
Verizon of Sandusky is next door to them, so I went there. Within 10 minutes they checked my phone and told me under the warranty I have itād cost me $50 and Iād have my phone on my door the next dayā¦.or, I WOULDVE but I didnāt get til them later Friday afternoon. They even told me I didnāt have to pay anything, itād be on my next month bill.
When I asked why I was quoted $273 at another store, I was told āthat was probably them trying to sell you an in store replacementā
Wouldnāt have matteredā¦but norwalk quoted me $273 then sent me down the road to a phone repair place, without even saying ā$50 and we can send you a new...

The General Manager, Nykeyshia W. , from The Verizon Norwalk, OH location waited on us. She was so kind, knowledgeable, and professional. We had our 8 Plus Apples for 3 years. She was so informative to tell about the Holiday Deals that were going on, that we ended up walking out with 2 Apple 11 Max Pro's and 2 Apple Watches. With all of the incentives we really ended up with a really great deal!!! If I had to rate Nykeyshia Customer Service Skills I would give her 100%. Thank you for All of...
