Starbucks — Restaurant in Norwalk

Update: I was told to reach out to Starbucks's customer service, as stated in the reply below. They did nothing to help and wasted my time.

Came in to order a tea, but I needed to use the restroom first. When looking for the restroom, I saw there were two doors; one said out of order, but the other was open, so I went in.

After I had finished but was still in the process of washing my hands, there was a knock on the door and then a yell telling me that it was an employee restroom only.

When I came out seconds later, the person was gone, so I went to the front to ask who yelled through the restroom door.

The manager finally came out & I asked her what was the point of yelling at me when everyone working at the front saw me looking for and going in the restroom, and no one said to me that I couldn't use it. There was no sign on the door saying I couldn't use it. There was no sign on the door saying it was an employee-only restroom, and it was unlocked and open.

Hopefully, this controlling manager doesn't treat her employees like she does the customers - very rude and demanding, but when confronted about her actions, she crumbles...

Placed an order online at the Starbucks in Norwalk, Ca. 90650 on Rosecrans/Studebaker. At the time to pick up, a Male Employee stated that they were out of stock on the 2 Sandwiches. He kindly offered to replace it with another one, but I said no. My wife is very picky. I asked to speak to a Manager because I wanted a refund. A Female Starbucks Employee, didn't get her name tried in helping me out. She offered me getting the app or bringing in the Credit card that the order was placed. I informed her that another Starbucks gave me a Gift Card due to the same circumstance. I asked her, why can't you do this? This is the 3rd time where this Starbucks didn't have my order when picking it up. She then replied as if she didn't care as far as telling me, I gave you 2 options already with that tone as if she was making fun of me.
