Proceed with caution. The staff has to be held responsible, they are serving people food. The cleanliness is extremely poor, the condiment bar had visible dust all around it. This area should be getting wiped down many times during the day. It clearly had not been wiped down in some time. The grime was apparent throughout the whole dining area. Any table that had been wiped down at some point had cloudy streaks underneath another layer of food. Indicating someone was using dirty water or too much cleaning solution. I would assume it is not the latter. The bucket of water was just left sitting on a dining room chair. Just waiting for a child to come up and knock it over. The walls behind the booths were covered in food smears. The drink station was dripping with water, trash strewn about and practically empty. We did not notice the self serve kiosk that are just thrown up behind you where you wait in line. Because we waited for an actual person to take our order, wait we did. The manager had to ask a specific employee twice to come help us, within about a 8 minute period. Once we placed our order, wait we did. I went up to the counter after an exceedingly long period, where once again several employees looked over but did not bother to greet or even speak to me. At that moment I noticed an employee possibly making our order. He appeared poorly trained. He was struggling to make this food. He would add an ingredient, then just chill out, wiping the sweat off his forehead with his arm. Then attempt to finish putting the taco together. At one point he left the front room with the taco and went out back. At this point we had been considering asking for a refund for several minutes. He returned with the taco in hand but nothing else. Leaving one wondering - Where did he go with the taco? What was he doing? Once we got the order, the food was so cold due to the fact the employee took an extraordinary long time to make the order. At this point the overall service is so worrisome, we barely ate it and just left. The staff is not properly trained in many areas. From the exterior it looks like they maybe battling a rodent problem and with service like this and the cleanliness issues that are clearly on display, one can definitely assume sanitation is not well in the back of the house. If this is what they are allowing customers to experience and see at the front, one can imagine the short cuts being taken in the back. Please clean up your act!

Disappointing Experience at Taco Bell Norwell: Poor Service and Unprofessional Staff My recent visit to the Taco Bell location in Norwell left me deeply disappointed and frustrated. Despite being a longtime fan of Taco Bell, this experience was by far the worst I've encountered. Upon ordering a chicken quesadilla, I was dismayed to find that it lacked sufficient stuffing, which significantly impacted the taste and value of the meal. When I brought this issue to the attention of the manager, named MANISH, instead of addressing the problem professionally, she became defensive and argumentative. MANISH's unprofessional behavior only exacerbated the situation, leaving me feeling unheard and disrespected as a customer. This kind of conduct reflects poorly on Taco Bell as a brand and undermines the trust and loyalty of its patrons. As someone who has enjoyed Taco Bell for years, I sincerely hope that the management takes swift and decisive action to address this issue. If Taco Bell wishes to maintain its reputation and continue thriving in the industry, it's crucial that they hold their employees to a higher standard of professionalism and customer service. Overall, my experience at the Norwell location was incredibly disappointing, and I urge Taco Bell's management to take this feedback seriously in order to improve the quality of service at their establishments.

Went here on Sunday and had the best experience! The man taking my order was so thoughtful and so eager to get us our food that he forgot a couple things I asked for, thanks for saving us money and time! Got my order and half of it was cold, which again saved us so much time waiting for it to cool down enough to eat it! Best of all I got the corner of the lettuce bag in my taco! They just wanted to show me that I got the freshest lettuce <3 I tried calling twice to tell them how much of an awesome job they did but they hung up on me both times, must have been busy with the customers inside because there was nobody in the drive thru.

Not fast food by any means. The actual food is fine. It's one of the better quality Taco Bell locations... just slooooow. The issue comes with time to make the food. It's a common complaint here, but today had to be the worst ones I've endured. I placed an order online, arrived within 15 minutes and proceeded to wait another 30-40 minutes for them to get to my order.

No. There was no need to check in, because the order status online indicated that the food was being made by the "taco wizards". Waiting with me were multiple others, including diners and DoorDashers. We all waited an eternity for our orders, and I'm not being facetious with my online order taking roughly 50 minutes from the time I placed the order to actually receiving the bag.

What's frustrating is the drive thru line went along without much delay, and had I gambled in hopes of avoiding a line at the drive thru I would've been rewarded with a 10 minute wait tops there instead. (It's usually backed up during lunch and dinner.)

That tells me that the staff making the food aren't efficiently addressing the orders. Drive thru staff sometimes had no customers ordering or waiting but were just waiting for the next car to show up and order instead of taking the next in-store pickup order to move things along. (Like I said. I was there watching things move for roughly 40 minutes.) Maybe that's corporate policy. Maybe that's the owner's call. Maybe that's the staff's inability to maximize resources. What's certain is you're doomed to wait forever for your food most days here because you're either faced with a massive line at the drive thru (which I've unfortunately waited 30 minutes for in the past), or you fall victim to a massive influx of mobile and kiosk orders creating a near 1 hour backlog. The 2 poor souls manning the in-store orders were moving as fast as possible while the drive thru crew were in country club mode. Props to the in-store team for picking up virtually all the slack this afternoon. Drive thru crew owes them big time.

This Taco Bell tastes good, but do not eat here if you have a tight schedule. One DoorDasher needed to have their customer's drink replaced while waiting for the last part of their order cause it melted during his wait. I can only imagine his tip will end up being refunded from a complaint by his customer. He was already waiting a long time by the time I arrived. Despite rushing and only eating half my meal I still ended up late to my appointment afterwards, because I had to wait over 40 minutes for my order to be made after placing it. At least they got my order right.

Ownership or management needs to rework the lines somehow if they're going to reduce wait times.

Food was good customer service here is terrible. I’ve worked in fast food and the lack of not caring or problem solving is sad… I love the food but very disappointed only one employee that actually stepped up to help. Wish I got her name cause she at least solved the problem the rest just basically tried to get me out of there and denied helping me solve a mistake on my end I’ll admit that but to be told you can’t get a mistake fixed and have to pay for some thing that you don’t want is aggravating and everyone act like they don’t care when you’re already paying over price for small portions of food really upsets me. They have screwed up my orders dozens of times before and I have never complained so when I went in just to fix a mistake and was met with “no sorry can’t fix it” all I wanted was for them to add chicken to my quesadilla and it wasn’t even for me it was for my boss I accidentally picked cheese instead of cheese and chicken it’s only $1 to add chicken I would of payed the 1$ but they basically were telling me I would have to reorder and nothing they can no … I’m not paying twice for something so simple to fix. I wasn’t rude either when asking but getting told no twice and almost having to pay for something twice when they could of just asked me for $1 to add chicken is insane to me . I think they just didn’t want to remake it …. I debated on making a review but this honestly was so baffling I had to . Don’t order through the app they can’t make changes .
