Boston Pizza Company — Restaurant in Norwell

Pizza and food is general is really good, consistent. But it is pricey for a pizza place. We have ordered for almost a year very consistently. When you order online the address menu populates below. I selected my address. I get a call a while later asking, what’s the number of my house. I tell them. Somehow the address populates to them one digit off. Weird since that address doesn’t exist but I work with a similar software and sometimes it miscommunicates with Google maps. The driver was parked out front of my house. I stepped out on balcony and called out to him. He looked up acknowledged me. I had instructions written on delivery order as to what door to enter., I had done my part. I’m waiting and he doesn’t come, so I go outside and he was knocking on my neighbors door. I call out again to him and he again acknowledges and heads over. He then just stood out front refusing to come to the door. So I just went outside to get the food and he was so angry and rude. Shaking his head and waving the ticket around. One would get the feeling he made the delivery more difficult out of spite. I tip over 20% every order. I prefer not to spend my money at establishments that have employees that behave like a teenage boy. Ive raised 3 and have experienced enough sass I don’t need to pay for more. We will be taking...

The food is average. Food enough for me to order from in a pinch. Pizzas are decently sized . Salads are probably not the strong suit of this place. More greens than any other ingredients. Your basically buying a head of lettuce with a few sprinkles of accessory ingredients. I mostly stuck to the pizzas which can become quite pricey after u add additional ingredients (which you also don’t get much so it’s better to stick to the ore ade ones) The one star is if your lucky enough to get the food delivered watch out for the delivery drivers who think they can back out of a 150’ driveway in the dark without damaging your property. Think they only have A couple drivers who all do the same thing. Normally they just run over your yard ..no biggie. This time they took out my Xmas decorations. Not expensive by any means however an apology would have gone a looong way. I would’ve been like mistakes happen. However they just took off with the damage to be found the next morning. Called the shop and apparently manager was in CA . NO MESSAGE ever returned. Disappointed to say the least. In this day an age a simple response would’ve gone a long way. I wasn’t loooking for anything more than recognition that they messed up. My fault continuing to use this place after noticing certain driver tendencies. Won’t...

I am so angry at this place! Ordered a lg pizza the other BBB night thru DoorDash. I live in a nursing home. I specifically asked for utensils and napkins. I am not privy to those when the kitchen is closed. I didn’t get one napkin or even a fork! The pizza wound up in the bed. I should’ve been given paper plates! Sounds like a comedy, but believe me, it wasn’t! I called the store and the worker said that napkins are not included with delivery! 😡I spent over $30 for a pizza and door dash service and tip. I emailed the company. Does that also mean that if I ate on the premises, I wouldn’t get napkins, utensils and/or plates either? Set-ups are absolutely necessary for take-out!! Toppings were falling off the pizza - I had to throw it out! I’ve waited a few days as I was hoping for an answer from the company. None came!! What kind of business is this?
