KFC — Restaurant in Norwell

My fiance was leaving work and I placed the order from home so he could pick up on his way home. I added him as the contact person, etc. The order was for pick up at 6:20 and he got there then. Waited until after 7pm, even after multiple attempts at trying to he acknowledged. Finally they told him there was no order.

He called me and asked me to screenshot the confirmation email and order number, I did so.

They become hostile towards him, raising their voices and basically trying to accuse us of using an old screenshot to get free food. They were mean. All info was in the email.

Finally I said enough and he left.

I called customer service and a really nice girl helped me. I gave her my order number, she pulled it right up and issued me a refund after I made my...

Idiot never asked me if I wanted my food to go or eat in. When my food came in a box I said I was eating in. So the idiot gave me a fork, no plate, no tray. I had to RIP apart the box t ok make a plate. While doing so my biscuit fell on the floor. I told idiot #1 and he said he'd give me another one but he'd have to charge me! KFC what's going on, I ordered the 4 chicken strips fries and small gravy. 1. The chicken strips tasted as if they were made the day before. Cold and stale. Fries cold and soggy The only thing that was hot was the gravy. And the biscuit that came with it was so hard I could have thrown it across the parking lot and smashed a windshield.
