Graeter's Ice Cream — Restaurant in Norwich Township

Do not bother orderings 'Two Scoops' of the same flavor of ice cream into a Waffle Cone as they will just give you one Scoop.

I mean, unless you consider putting something in the waffle cone so that it isn't just that small little lump on top as two scoops?

Maybe I'm just old fashioned, but we used to get a lot more ice cream for our money.

The other Greater's on Lane typically does the same thing. I wouldn't be complaining if the ice cream had even cleared the cone for a two scoop ice cream that cost almost 6.50 with sprinkles....

I could have gone to Kroger and got some whole milk ice cream made by Jeni's or some other local crater of ice cream in a container for the same price that would have lasted me days. :(

I was given a gift card for this place, so my husband and I decided to try it out. We went through the drive through. I ordered what I wanted and then my husband did the same. We pulled around to the window, and every employee in the place kept coming up to the window to stare at us. They all kept looking at each other and laughing. One girl flat-out stared at me and we held eye contact for about thirty seconds. I asked the guy what was so funny but he didn’t have an answer. I ended up asking him to keep the remainder of the gift card to use for the next person in line because I knew I would never go back to this place. Such a weird experience,...

I’ve got to hand it to them, they always do a great job. Every night in the summer, cars are consistently wrapped around the building for hours on end, and there are a steady stream of customers walking in as well. Whoever is managing this location has it running like a well oiled machine. They keep the drive-through and pedestrian lines moving efficiently, and the service is ALWAYS friendly and cheerful.
