One of my 2 pizzas was made incorrectly, I called and spoke to Brie (who claimed she was the manager), she said I could either have a credit for the pizza or have it remade and delivered. I waited an hr exactly to call back to ask where my food was, I was told that the driver came and knocked on my door and no one answered. When I explained that was a complete lie because we are going in and out of the house moving furniture back in due to our flooring being replaced today and no one knocked on either of our front or back doors, she got an attitude with me telling me that I was wrong. When I attempted to explain again that no one was at my door, she told me not to yell at her l, which I was not at all. I was then hung up on! When my husband called back she immediately got an attitude with him as well, he asked if the GM would be there tomorrow she said no and said “he won’t be here for the next 3 days and if you want to complain about me you can do that on the website!” We opted to not have the pizza remade tonight and supposed to have a credit on our account. HORRIBLE PLACE, RUDE MANAGER & VERY UNTRUTHFUL STAFF... I placed a pizza order at 10:56am and I was told that I will be notified upon arrival. After 2 hours at 12:59pm to exact, I called and I asked where my pizza was? I was told that my pizza is and was sitting in front of my door for over an hour n’ half, God knows who touched it and what else it got exposed to with the COVID-19 & everything going on. No one knocked the door and when I asked why not at least give me a call, the manager lied with a straight voice that they called me numerous times, which was 100% a LIE. I can’t believe he insisted he called or that his driver knocked the door with so much attitude and anger as if I did him wrong. And when I requested a refund, he so arrogantly REFUSED. Three words: jalapeño popper rolls.
Y’all, these are the new standard for these things. They set the bar and moved the grading curve up for all jalapeño poppers, and now everyone else is screwed. No order is complete without them now. Most other places sell jalapeño poppers but they’re more like green pepper poppers with no spice and too much low quality cheese. But these? Great jalapeño taste and spice, good quality, real cream cheese, and a fantastic balance of pepper, cheese, and bread. Papa’s nailed it with these.
Papa’s pizza is always a bit undersauced by default, but order with extra sauce to remedy that and you’re all set. For me, it arrived in around 25 minutes, piping hot, from a friendly delivery driver.
10/10 would order again.
