Burger King — Restaurant in Norwich Township

The Burger King Whopper is without a doubt my favourite fast food hamburger but sadly I don't have a Burger King near me.

Yesterday, I was running a few errands in a part of town that I don't normally visit and I passed a Burger King on my way to my destination.

I had already made up my mind to stop in and get a couple of Whoppers for myself and I called my Mrs. to see if she wanted anything and she asked me to bring her a Whopper with cheese and nothing else as she cannot properly digest Lettuce and Tomatoes and she doesn't like Onions and Pickles.

So when I arrived at Burger King on the way home, I should have taken it as a warning sign when I noticed that the drive through appeared to be closed.

I parked and came in and I noticed that they had only one customer eating at a booth.

And in retrospect, I think it may have been an employee eating their shift meal.

Here is what I ordered.......

One Whopper with Cheese and NOTHING Else On It.

One Whopper with Bacon and EXTRA EVERYTHING On It.

One regular Whopper with EXTRA EVERYTHING On It.

One Medium order of Onion Rings.

When I returned home and opened up the bag, unfortunately, this is what I found.

My Mrs. opened her order first, the Whopper with Cheese and NOTHING ELSE.

What she got was a Whopper with Cheese (I guess we should be grateful that they got the Cheese part right) AND a most generous amount of Onions and a bunch of Ketsup & Mayo.

And for both of my Whoppers that I had asked for EXTRA EVERYTHING to be added....

Not even a scrap of lettuce not to mention a complete lack of Tomatoes and Pickles!!!!!!

SERIOUSLY PEOPLE!!

It wasn't like you were busy or anything as I was the only freaking customer in the store!!!

I guess I should be grateful that you didn't screw up the Onion...

This is the worst Burger King in existence. I have said for years I think it is a front for money laundering, because they clearly don't seem to care whether or not they get any business.

They refuse to hire employees that know how to do their jobs. They constantly run out of things like meat, salads, shakes, drink carriers, and more.

If you'd like to overpay for an incorrect order, wait far too long, and find your food cold or potentially with a suspicious microwave chewiness to it...oh and after getting nothing you ordered they simply explain, "Oh we didn't have any of those items"..

And don't ever try to go there an hour before close. Suddenly they will be out of all foods shakes and anything but a soda pop. You'll notice all of their lights are out as you drive past them around 9:00 p.m. even though they close at 10:00 p.m.. That's to deter any potential customers because they're not in the business of making money they're in the business of LAUNDERING it (Or at least that's my guess anyway). Not sure how any Burger King location that operates this poorly could still be in business this long.

If you have any other option, CHOOSE IT. There's another Burger King just a couple miles down the road near West Point Plaza by the freeway. They also only serve shakes from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. because nobody likes to stay late to clean that shake machine... But overall their service is significantly better. They genuinely seem to care about keeping their jobs and keeping Burger King afloat.

I have been looking so forward to Hilliard having a Burger King again! I would have to say the Burger King is my favorite fast food all around and Hilliard has been without one for far too long but unfortunately my first trip through Burger King was not a good one. We all ordered Whoppers and the meat itself was obviously dried and had been sitting too long in the warmer and the buns were stale and flaky whole thing was cold and entirely gross. Even the french fries are cold. When we told the lady in the Drive-Thru about our food being cold she said we could come in and discuss it and she could replace the food but it was going to be a long wait.
