Went and checked it out for lunch because of all the high reviews, but I wasn't impressed. It is expensive for the amount of food you get. I went with one other person and it cost almost $40 for 2 sandwiches.
Also, the quality of service was poor in my opinion. We walked in and were the only customers in the store. We took a minute to look up at the menu board. Someone came out of the back to tell us to order on a screen behind us. We are literally the only customers in the store, just ask us what we want. You dont even have to tell the cook because we are the only people in the store and he can hear us. But, no, we tried to use the self service ordering system that doesn't work and is inconvenient because I don't work. So we have to order from the person anyways. Bad customer service.
I had a classic smash burger and it was okay. The meat was on the salty side which I like, but it fell apart easily and I would have preferred a bit more char on a smash burger. Fries were good if they were crispy. Some were uncooked and a...
Read moreNot bad smashburger joint. The staff were real friendly and attentive. They have a digital ordering system that is easy to use and convenient. Ordered a Mushroom Swiss burger and it came out screaming hot and fresh. The beef blend flavors were really bold. I believe it was halal as well. Couple things I'll have to complain about, is that there was basically no salt or seasonings - I tasted a little bit in the mayo, but was craving more to really amplify the burger. Second con was the burger was way too expensive. For $13 plus tip and tax, with no sides, it felt like it was stadium or concert prices. For a plaza location restaurant, that is not worth trying the other menu items as good as...
Read moreOwner and staff were friendly and so polite. Our daughter enjoyed the chicken tenders with fries and my husband and I had a Classic Smashburger with fries and requested our fries extra crispy. PERFECTION!! Flavorful and perfectly cooked. Delicious, juicy burger.
Restaurant was clean and attractive. Free and plenty of parking. Single toilet bathroom was clean and spacious.
We spent approximately $10-15 each for a filling lunch. They had unique menu items like Kimchi loaded fries as well as classic American fare. Halal type foods.
The same people own the bustling coffee house two doors down, which was also wonderful.
We will definitely be back here again. Great food and value...
