Tinapple Plaza — Local services in Norwich Township

This is the second time that I have tried to eat at the Olive Tree Lebanese and Mediterranean cafe. Everything I find says they are open at 4:00 p.m. However once again I go at 4:30 and they are not open. Today there was someone inside. A kitchen worker. I knocked on the door until she came to the front door and I asked if they were open. She said no because the server and the owner were not there yet. I asked when they were coming and she shrugged her shoulders and said she didn't know. This is very bad service...
