Terrible customer service! Defective vape pods, wouldn't do anything when brand new pod leaked all over and broke my vape pen.
This was my third time coming here. The guy working recommended the Phix. I never tried this brand, so I tried that. I didn't really like the flavor of the first first pack of vape juice, but it wasn't horrible. A piece of the vape pen broke when I took it out of the box, but it was just a clip on thing so I didn't care. I didn't really like the second flavor either, so I was really hoping I'd like the flavor this time since the pen was over $30. I decided on a new flavor that I didn't see at this store the first two times I was there. It was in a different box, so different brand than the first 2. $20+ for 4 pods. I tried the first one when I got back to my car. It didn't work. I tried the one I already had just to be sure, and it worked. I went back in and told them it didn't work. The manager (I'm assuming because he was doing paperwork and was older) opened a pack he had behind the counter and gave me one pod. I thought he would have traded a new pack but he just gave me one. Back to my car again. I figured I should test the rest of the pods in pack in case the whole box was defective. It was. The first didn't work, second didn't work and the last pod in box leaked all over the place and I got a bunch in my mouth when I took a hit. I tried the pod I had before I came to this store that I will never visit again and my vape pen no longer worked.
So the leaking pod from a pack I just bought broke my vape pen.
I was still in the parking lot.
I went back in again and told him what happened and he said he can't do anything and to call the manufacturer and that was all. Seems like a place with good customer service (I have worked in customer service over ten years) would have replaced the pack and broken pen and then contacted manufacturer themselves to be refunded.
Now I had no vape at all and had to go to a different store and get a new vuse kit (vuse solo always breaking too, I'm just going to try to quit).
I will NEVER visit this store again.
They do not stand behind their products. They didn't even give me a receipt, so I probably won't be able to do anything with manufacturer, but I'll try.
I'm so mad! $20 plus tax for the pods and over$30 for the pen, so I'm out over$50 and the manager did nothing. I'm surprised at all the good reviews! This place is awful!

Yesterday I went in to look at vape devices, and had no idea what I was looking for. My boyfriend and I spent over an hour with a sales representative, asking questions and what not. We ended up spending $198 for 2 devices and 3 juices for the vapes. I specifically asked the sales rep if I had everything I needed to set my device up and he said yes. When I got home I realized that it takes 2 special rechargeable batteries. These aren't regular batteries that you can buy anywhere, and when I called back the guy apologized, saying he didn't realize that the device took batteries, which I didn't want. He said I could return the device within 48 hours, as I had found the one I really wanted (it was out of stock at the store) online and purchased it instead, and he said that was fine. Fast forward to today. I drove all the way back from Obetz to Hilliard where I'm told they don't do returns, only exchanges. I've already bought one online, and don't need a store credit, especially when I was given the wrong information all around. I didn't want a device that takes batteries, didn't want to spend $30 for the 2 batteries necessary to operate said device! I just wanted the $70 back for the device they sold me! When I told them that fraudulent and false advertising and because of that a complaint against them could be filled with the attorney general’s office (as that’s partially what it’s there for, and was my right as a consumer to do so), the owner shouted at me to leave and to never come back because I had “threatened” him and his business. It was an insanely shocking and quite honestly somewhat frightening overreaction to a situation for which the attorney general’s office and the BBB were specifically created for. Now, I’m an adult, and try to do my best to behave in an appropriate manner, especially in public, however this man, as well as some woman working with him, put my ability to keeps my mouth shut to the ultimate test. There were zero chances that I would’ve ever gone back to the shop ever again to begin with, especially given their costly price structures.
