McDonald's — Restaurant in Norwood Park Township

Dear Macdonald let me explain why I’m giving you one start even though you deserve nothing. During my break from work I ordered two meals on the drive thru for my partner and my self. as you know because you have employees, breaks usually are 30 minutes to one hour so, during my one hour I drove about 15 min tu you branch because of traffic and 15 minutes back to work and guess what? my meals was incomplete with no burger and chicken sandwich only fries, pie and drinks so I call back, they asked me to go back if I want the rest of my meals or bring everything back to get my money. I thought maybe get back for the missing items but, person who answered my call was so rude that I decided to bring everything back. So the point is that you know when people like I, choose to spend their money in your restaurant which was about 25 bucks by the way. It’s because we are in a rush and we decided to get a fast food event though we know it’s the worst choice. Anyway, you should take care carefully your customers because without us you will be nothing. We spend our money we buy and pay something from you, you won’t give us nothing for free so you need to do better much, much, better customer service. also, pay your employees on the drive thru and management a customer service class they need to learn how to trade...

So I go to Wright College and it's literally just across the street so I go to this McDonald's all the time and never had a problem but today I go in and went straight to the bathroom come out order my food and while I'm waiting the manager tells me she's gonna call the police because she saw me writing on the wall. I told her the truth, I'm 30 years old and I don't have time to be writing on no walls and don't like being accused of something I didn't do. She tells me that since I took long in there she knows that it was me and plus she has me on camera doing it. Then the most disturbing thought hit me, why in the he'll are there cameras in the bathroom stalls??? I maintained my innocence because I didn't do it. I was so blew that I threw my food in the trash and demanded she call the police because ain't supposed to be cameras in the bathroom. Her response was, get out of here. So what then because I'm a bald headed Latin male I'm the one to blame for the graffiti on the wall and again why are there cameras in the bathroom stall at the McDonald's on Narragansett and Montrose?? Had to wait over ten minutes for the cashier. No one acknowledged me out other guests. Everyone was to busy to look our way. Next time I'll use the drive thru, since that is their priority.

Same problem this morning, even longer wait. 22 mins to order. Took so long my girl drove to the one on Milwaukee in Jeff Park. She came back with her order before mine. This location is the worse ever. Usually it's Wright students making it busy. None in sight this time. Top it off I was over charged & they took my order incorrectly. Tried to bring it to their attention & they just ignored me. Other people were getting the wrong orders as well. I would if used the self ordering kiosk but all were not working but one. Waited so long for a cashier my rewards number kept reseting while I was in line. No straws available for my drinks or napkins. I know weed is legal now. I didn't know u can smoke it when working.
