Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Norwood

All the negative reviews about this place seem to be about their terrible delivery service which I can’t comment on since I’ve ordered takeouts most of the time over the weekends. But I’d describe my experience with this place as follows-

First things first, this place is a small delivery/ takeout domino’s chain. Online ordering is hassle free and easy. If you’re trying to call in, beware you’ll have to wait a long time especially on the weekends when their phones are constantly ringing and they have no time to answer them because of the overwhelming orders and customers at their doorstep (believe me, I’ve seen this). Even after placing your order, your pizza won’t be ready at the stated time and there will be some delays but not a whole lot.

Talking about the food itself, I feel like the quality is a hit or a miss depending on the day of the week. Generally speaking, all the times that I’ve ordered have been over the weekend and were decent enough. We’ve had chicken wings, pizza and coke, garlic breads and some other stuff from their menu and all were delicious.

I order from here at least once a month so I’m satisfied with their offering and a decent enough...

I place an order there and made a mistake and order the wrong cheesy bread and I call to see if they can give me the correct cheesy bread and the lady that works there was very rude and unprofessional and disrespectful she stated that I made the mistake and that I would have to pick up the order and that she only had one driver and try say something else and she hang up on my face outta all the years that I order from this location never had a terrible experience like that so my wife drive down there to find out that they wasn’t even busy and had both driver there this black lady that is a manager was very rude to my wife as well disrespecting her in the store and even call the cops because she park on the side that is a shame how a person of black can do that to another this lady needs to be fire right away she is real hurting the business do yo her unprofessionalism I’m going to report this to the owner hopefully he takes i immediate disciplinary action tours this lady because she needs to be held accountable for how she handle the whole thing if I could give this place zero stars for tonight...

Third and final time ordering from this stupid place. They have THE rudest and most incompetent staff. Orders often take over an hour and you're lucky if you can get someone to answer the phone OR answer your question about where your order actually is. Our third and final order took three hours to arrive after the driver admitted that he had left it and went out on and came back after several other deliveries. They refused to remake the food. Dave, the store "manager" was so rude and nasty. He hung up on me and refused to answer the phones for the rest of the evening. Very disrespectful and foul. They do not make the food correctly. It is often disgusting, overcooked, and cold. The climate of the store itself is ridiculous. Nobody has customer service skills and are quite nasty. I have NEVER visited or spoken to a more condescending bunch. I will never order from here again. I know where to apply for work though if I decide that I want to be a degenerate moron and treat...
