I ordered a delivery order via the App. Order was suppose to arrive at 7p. Around 720p, I called to see what was going on, I was told me order was delivered. When I called the store directly the so called “manager” on duty, told me he delivered my food, and left it in the table in my porch. I don’t have a table on porch, I told him, he left it at the wrong house. But I never asked for a “contactless” order, so I don’t know why this “manager” did not ring the doorbell. I told the “manager”, don’t worry about it, I had somewhere to go, just refund me the money. I was told NO & that they could NOT refund my money!! He would just bring me a new pizza, but I was already running late to my event. But he continued to REFUSE to refund my money. I asked who was the Store Manager and was told they couldn’t provide me with that info. I called the customer service number and was given the run around as well, I was told that someone would call me about the issue. It’s been 3 business days, going on 4 business days and no one from Pizza Hut has called me back. At 7:51p when I was heading out the door to go to my event, that “manager” who took my pizza to the wrong house, pulled up, blocked me off and handed me the cold pizza he must have went back to the house he left it at and brought it to me. And continued to apologize, he told me he contacted the Store Manager about it. But the fact that no one called me since then, let’s me know he was untruthful. I took his pic bc when I called about getting the store manager info, they told me, that was a doordash driver who took it to the wrong home and it was nothing they could do about a refund. But this “manager” showed up to my house with a Pizza Hut hat, didn’t look like a doordasher to me. Pizza Hut messed up with my order and made me take the lost by refusing to give me a refund and forced me to take a 51min late delivery, with a pizza that was left out on someone else porch for 51 minutes.

I haven't had this item in years but because they have the $2 special I decided to purchase a few of these personal pan pizzas. I was quite disappointed that none of the pieces actually look like personal pan pizzas some head toppings on them and most did not very little bits of sauce in different spots on each pizza . I get that you had a lot going on at the restaurant however it's very unprofessional not to prepare the item that people are purchasing with all the ingredients that are supposed to be included on the item. I should not have been wondering if pizza sauce was going to be on each Pizza or even each slice. Whoever slice the pizza did not even slice it correctly ;not sure if they were under pressure or just didn't know how to do the job. Whoever prepared to cross was taking shortcuts because each pizza had a full slice that didn't receive crust. And as far as receiving the one item on each Pizza it only really works if you receive the item that is big or circular anything small will not be even visible or at it to the cheese pizza. I ordered 4 personal pan pizzas. Each was crazy shaped ,crazy cut, hardly any pizza sauce, and I believe they forgot the bacon on one of the pizzas. They could also use two cashiers. One who is doing the online and the other who is doing the walk-in orders.

Very disappointed!! Im charged extra for double mushrooms and theres hardly ANY on it. In fact, we doubled up on thr other toppings too and those arent doubled up either. We ordered another pizza with normal amounts of toppings and it looks better than the pizza we doubled up on! We were also charged extra for our second pizza because we put different toppings on half of the pizza. These were not extra toppings they were just different than the left side! Guess we will just go back to Domino’s or Pizza Pipeline!!

Very disappointed!! Im charged extra for double mushrooms and theres hardly ANY on it. In fact, we doubled up on thr other toppings too and those arent doubled up either. I wish I could leave no stars. I got a $2 personal pizza. This thing was ridiculously small. I would never get this if it wasn't on the deal! Secondly, my total was 2.80 something. I got one personal pizza and a sauce cup. So why was I charged 10.80 something then?? I called and tried to tell the manager I think someone wrote down an $8 tip. He told ME I must have clicked something online and I need to contact customer service for online orders. Well the day before my total that was charged on my card was only the 2.80 something so how would the price increase the next day unless someone tipped themselves?! There is literally a spot on the receipt to write a tip on my copy so wouldn't theirs have the same thing?! I realized i never signed a restaurant copy so someone could easily help themselves to a tip and forge my signature. He says they cant adjust anything on online orders but that makes absolutely no sense. My paper copy and my email copy say the exact same total. He was also rude acting like it had to be my fault. The automated system says to fill out a form and you'll get contacted within 3 days so we will see I guess. Sure it's $8 but he wouldn't even check receipts to verify for me, he just kept telling me I'm wrong. That is not professional, that is not how you treat people, and it's just plain mean.
