I used to love this place. This past summer (2018) my family and I all detected a strange taste in the ice cream. We brought this to the attention of the workers who told me they weren't able to give refunds even though I had already returned all the ice-cream. I looked this up on Google (the strange taste). Google seemed to suggested that the strange taste could be a cleaning agent that wasn't properly flushed out before re adding the ice-cream. I asked to speak to the manager, but the employee said they couldn't call the manager at home. I asked if I could have the managers contact information and was told they couldn't do that either.
