Placed an order online, showed up at the time that was recommended for me. I was asked if I am picking up an order and the woman says to me it's going to be 10 mins. She seemed flustered because they had not prepared my order yet. Now I like hot food but I don't like having to waste my already short break waiting for my food to cook in front of me. Also cups fell on the floor in front of me but when I handed them to her instead of Throwing them away she put them in the back til I left to bring them back out to use. My order was to be ready at 12:56pm but they lost my ticket tried giving me someone else's order. And now at 1:16 they are making my order. I have wasted my whole break and spent 30 mins waiting for my food. The worse part is if it was just for me I would have left. But it's for me and a coworker. I ended up leaving with my food at 1:26pm. It took 40 minutes to make my food in front of me.

Another thing I noticed is that online I paid about 2 dollars more per item than in the paper menu they have available to everyone.

I do not know what the food tastes like, I know these women are working hard but it is the principle of owning a restaurant.

Edit #2:

I don't accept your response as an owner because when I came in they were working on 2 other orders. One of which should have been mine. The women Heather's order was made by the correct time given to door dash (which is the order they tried to hand me). I posted a screen shot. I arrived at the store at 12:51pm, asked for my name, told them my name - and they still tried to hand me the wrong food. So when i told them my name they had to search for my ticket (which was on the floor) Granted if I left the store at 1:06 with my food it would have been different but I had to wait an addition 30 mins in person. As for the chicarron, it was just fried pork - it should be fried pork belly that is crunchy, my chicarron does not look like other people's reviews. It was just plain pork, and the sweet plantains weren't fried long enough to have the caramilzation. Overall it was a waste of $40 for the food (which included a tip) and then an additional 20 minutes of my wage because being there EXTENDED past my break. Next time I crave my island food I will be trying Oasis down the...

We ordered a little bit of everything on the latin side and it didn't disappoint. We are in trouble because the food was INCREDIBLE! In summary while they have a huge menu we decided to focus on the latin dishes and loved them. We ordered the flautas ( corn tortillas stuffed with cheese and chicken fried to be crispy), pupusas ( one stuffed with pork and cheese the other with beans and cheese) and then bandeja montanero (colombian typical plate) an assortment of an amazing medley ( skirt steak, chicharrones, white rice, black beans, fried egg, ripe plantains). These were three quality dishes and the people working there were very nice and had the food completed in the quoted time frame. We already can't wait to order again and try...

The food is good but when I called to express concerns about their delivery driver just walking away with my change with no explanation they proceeded to tell me she doesn’t speak English when I had a whole conversation with her in English and she had the audacity to tell me “ it’s only a little bit of money she didn’t have change “ I would have loved for her to express she didn’t have change instead of just walking off with my money these people apply for these delivery jobs and the shops pay them low and charge the customer for delivery but you have to tip the driver what if I only have enough to feed my family you don’t go apply for a job and expect to get paid twice for the job because your doing...

YUM. From Texas, and this place hit the spot. My partner got the flautas. They were nice and crunchy but filled with tender chicken and cheese that oozes out when you took a bite and topped with salsa, the best flautas we have ever had. I had the chicken encebollado, which is grilled chicken served with grilled onions, rice, beans, salad, and thick tortillas. Absolutely delicious! Chicken was cooked perfectly and the orange salsa was extremely tasty. Staff was helpful, friendly, and the food incredibly fresh. Can’t wait to come back!
