L&L Hawaiian BBQ (Ewa Beach) — Restaurant in Oʻahu

I have to say that after a few of the other L&L business establishments closed down lets just say quite a few years back between the years of 2006 and 2008 also townside location as well i just want to mention. But after 2-5 shut down. I never thought i would actually enjoy eating another L&L plate ingeneral. But this one located in Ewa Beach not only proved me wrong on my own initial thinking and feeling, but tge food is always cooked just right abd not trging to jynx it or bachi myself but also never had anything served either under or over cooked like dried out over cooked mind you but never did or have run in to that type of issue, scenario, or situation even when ordering for other people and nit even getting something for myself. On top of that tge service is always quick speedy friendly and alwo to more so important very memerable or no bad lasting impression in any way when start to finish of trannsaction for ordering to recieving my order whether it is a eine in or take out and also dontforget they now do deliver also. But just so no one gets thrown off or surprised by any type of unknown information. If you do want them to deliver order has to be above $20 and because its deliverry no fountain drinks but get bottled beverages available to add to your order if anything. I cant recall specifically which ones off hand but just inquire within when you are putting in your order and you would really like the deliveryr instead of going down to their location inirder to pick it up. Driver did not knock upon delivering food nor did she call when she came to drop off my order. I have 3 children under 3 years old who would've gone without dinner because when I asked if she would be returning with our dinner her response was that she was not gonna come back with our food. So I went in to grab it myself and what do you know the same driver that refused to deliver our dinner gave what I'm assuming is her boyfriend a free drink and was also allowed to dine in at the location which specifically says that dine in is not allowed. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. She puts a bad image on L&Ls Food chain. The only reason why I did not rate it 0 stars is because you can't. If you like bread and oil and bland then this is the he place for you! I've ordered delivery 4 times and all 4 times the food was either oily overly breaded and or bland! I'm a local girl that enjoys local food but seriously.... nasty!! The chicken katsu which happens to be one of my favs and the amount of chicken is literally the thickness of "construction paper' thin!! The Miciko chicken is literally bits and pieces with a lot of breading and drenched in oil!! Mind you it comes with katsu dipping sauce!?! Why?? It's not katsu!!
