Burger King — Restaurant in Oʻahu

The Drive Thru experience was fine. It was rather speedy and accurate. My only quarrel was that I was treated with a large amount of disrespect upon going inside for an extra zesty sauce. My husband and I went through the Drive Thru to order two Impossible Whopper meals for ourselves. It was all a fine experience, but we both wanted a sauce so that we would have enough. I suppose I shouldn’t have expected one sauce per meal, although that would make more reasonable sense. Because of this, I parked and went inside to ask for one for my husband as well. The woman I talked to at the register was very abrasive and upon me asking for one more; she replied with “that’ll be twenty five cents”. I was a little confused because I did assume that we should get one per meal, so I replied with “but I thought that we would both get one”. Before I could finish my sentence she cut me off and said, “I gave you one, so you get charged for more”. Keep in mind that her tone was not at all appropriate, and very abrasive the entire interaction. She then gave me another sauce because I began to protest in a peaceful way because I tend to be a pushover when it comes to employees in customer service. While she was getting another one she was grumbling to herself the entire time. This whole ordeal was incredibly unnecessary and did not need to happen. This is the 6th time i have given them the chance to get my oder right... Im all about second chances and i have given them 6 chances yet every single time i have gone to this location my oder is never correct. And i havent seen any kind of resolution to these problems. Number one reason being is they do no answerer their phone. So times i have called to explain my oders are incorrect i can never get a hold of anyone. Sure i could go back in and explain in person but most of the time i get fast food its bc im in a hurry. I do not recommend this...

We’ve tried twice and NEVER again! The meat didn’t taste right. It’s nothing like the distinct whopper taste that I go to BK for. I don’t know if it’s old and rotting or what but it’s just wrong. Doesn’t taste good at all. The whopper I had tonight was the most disgusting experience I’ve ever had. I went in to take a bite and a bug CRAWLED OUT OF MY BURGER!!!!!
