IHOP — Restaurant in Oʻahu

I never met such a rude and vile hostess ever. I entered this ihop in Millilani. I asked for the wait time and the rude hostess gave me a unpleasant look saying about 15-20 mins. I told her ok ill go and get my family who were sitting in the shade outside. I held the door for a couple and child, also another couple. We got in and sat at the waiting couch. 10 mins passed. Then I notice that the family that came behind me was seated. 5 mins the family of three were seated. I stood up and ask her why they were seated before us. She told me they on list and have a seat. 10 mins later another hostess say us and approached and I see you've been sitting there for a while. Are you on the list I told her no we weren't i forgot that they are supposed to put you down to reserve your place in line. While that snoob of hostess gave a smile. I was real upset. I approached her ans ask why t hi whole time she didn't take our name and number while looking at me she rolled her eyes. Well I got pretty upset. This is the worst service ever. Then she stood behind her manager who tried to make me feel ashamed for rasing my problem. Then got upset. So yes I raised my voice because obvious she acted like she didn't hear me the first. 29 weeks pregnant and went here on 4th of july. at 1720ish, it’s basically empty. My server had one other table besides us. The other server had two tables. Our server was beyond slow and not active at all. I came here with two friends. We all ordered and they got their food within 15-20 minutes. My one friend and myself were sitting with empty waters for 20 minutes while the waiter chatted with a coworker in a booth in the back of restaurant. She came and refilled them, still waiting on my food. Her other table had left and I had still not received my food. The other server was bringing out her tables food (they had got here and ordered after us). My friends were finishing up their food(had been waiting over 30 minutes at this point) so I just asked a guy cleaning the table by us to tell the waiter, who had not checked in, to just cancel my order. She finally comes out with my food (after I had said to cancel it) and looked at me dumb and went “uh do you still want it or” and I said twice I did not. New Restaurant for Mililani Town Center, fairly good size plenty of seating. Service above average. From sit down to food delivery took over 30minutes. My wife’s hash browns were over cooked, our server already knew that it was and told my wife if they were to crispy let her know and they were. She came out with new freshly made hash browns. The food was tasty but overpriced. $85 with tip for two adults and a child. Restaurant arrangement is something that could be fixed. From where we sat we could see directly into dishwasher area. After coming back from restroom which was cleaner then expected.I could see into server stage area. Simple swing doors would be suffice.
