We pick up Jack in the box once in awhile. Usually if something new comes out. We just wanted to grab a quick bite to eat since i was going home from Rehab. My Husband got the regular menu item, the Homestyle Chicken Sandwich meal. He likes it. Said its tasty and the chicken is moist. I never tried the Cluck chicken sandwich so I decided to give it a try. I really wanted to try the New Red Bull Infusions. I do have a Red Bull once in awhile so I decided to try the “Berry Purple Daze” Red Bull Infusion with Red Bull energy. It was really good. Sweet and Tangy. Tasty. I would get it again - i just wished it wasn’t only one size. Seemed like small to me. The Cluck Chicken Sandwich was pretty good. I would get it again if i wanted something quick to eat. The bun was soft, decent chicken patty seasoned pretty well, got it with my usual onion rings.The onion rings i like here but its a hit or miss depending on the employees. Speaking of employees that varies too. You get nice ones and ones that should get another job somewhere else - with no customer service. My Biggest gripe is Jack in the Box Wahiawa makes the most mistakes in all the fast food joints I’ve been to (and there’s alot) including forgetting to give you food you pay for but they make sure to charge you the 25 cents for sauce!!! Unacceptable and Ridiculous!!! Especially after you find out its messed up when you get home!!! Anyway, the BBQ sauce is my favorite here but don’t charge me if you mess up!! Three stars because of this reason. Hopefully i can change the rating in the future. Came back a few days later to try the other Red Bull Infusion. “Strawberry Red Daze” Red Bull Infusion with Red Bull Energy. Wasn’t as good as the Berry Purple Daze in my opinion, but it was ok. I understand you're short staffing issues such as every other fast food place right now. However, when people say they'd like to pick up their MOBILE order via dining room, in addition to whatever uber ,door dash etc orders they have. If you guys would ALLOW US TO COME INSIDE like we requested to do, then we could get our food while it's still hot since we can all see that it's made and just SITTING on the counter. Which in turn would then reduce the number of CARS IN YOUR DRIVE THRU. Allowing them to receive their food hot, and leaving the rest of us who tried/wanted to AVOID the sitting and waiting FOREVER in the drive thru all to get our food COLD. When you don't have enough staff to take orders in the dining rroom, simply make a sign that says ONLY mobile order and door dash pickups and if someone can't read, just verbally tell them the only service in dining room right now is mobile order pickups and simply refuse to take their order if they try and order. But to make us wait in this line for no reason all to receive cold food makes no sense whatsoever and is a complete waste of...

Rowenalyn should be the shift manager,She smiles and listens to each order, and has a great attitude,if Rowenalyn is not working I won't go inside, she has customer service skills, that is what is required!
