I recently bought a lava tube 2.5 that i have had nothing but problems with. You can only use the lava tube tank, so I bought one. That night I got gurgles from the coil not being corectly positioned. So I switched it out. Got the same problem with that coil so I took it back to have the employees look at it. One of the employees fixed one and said that if we get the problem with the new set of coils we could replace the tank and upgrade to the lastest version. So a week past and i almost had the gurgles everyother day. When I came back the manager would not help at all she said that we could not trade in or replace anything with out buying a new tank or tube. I was so upset. As many vapers I recently stopped smoking and having problems with my vape wants me to just stop and continue to smoke. I will never go back to that place again. Their vape juice is amature and you barely taste the flavor and their tanks are useless. Also when I use the highest watts The tabk will burn cotton. Please please reconsider going to this store and DO NOT BUY...

Great quality and variety of juices, good customer service, and member rewards are great. They always have amazing sales, and that keeps me coming back for more! I used to order online from companies in the mainland, but I'd rather order online from a local company. Ordering from Volcano is easier, faster shipping (lol, because there're in Hawaii too), and they give me better deals, a total win-win.

I go here all the time! There’s a dude that always got my back! Coolest staff around they know they’re stuff. Good selection of juice. Don’t like the house juice too much but I like some salted caramel is a good one. Bought a couple vapes recommended and only broke when I dropped them a bunch of times so that’s definitely my fault but they definitely looked like they held up pretty nicely.
