Jerry's Pizza Mill — Restaurant in Oʻahu

I came with my family hoping to eat some good pizza locally, big mistake. The waiter was inattentive despite us being the only ones there at first, one of our drinks never arrived. After a half hour our cheesy garlic fries came, they were cold and burnt. After an hour total we decided to ask how much longer and were surprised to see that other orders were being filled before ours, I'm talking several other orders about 7 of them and 2+ pizzas at a time. The pizza was ready after over an hour... well the first one. The pizza was plain and distasteful we were very disappointed to say the least. After 10 more minutes we decided to ask for our second pizza to go, at this point we were tired of being there and just wanted to leave but had to wait an additional 10 minutes for it. Both pizzas came warm at best. Coming into a local spot with high hopes we left very disappointed not to mention almost being charged for a drink that never came, if I could leave negative stars I would. Absolutely terrible service and food don't waste your time or money you're better off eating frozen pizza. worst restaurant...

Jerry's Pizza is absolutely an astonishing tucked away place. Has a great ambiance of small tables and large family booths that can easily fit 6 people. The live music we had friday evening was great. Single artist who played the guitar, ukulele, and sang. The pizza was delicious and the buffalo wings are among some of the best wings I have ever had. I even told my family that next time we are in haleʻiwa, I will make a detour just to get more of Jerry's wings. Absolutely love this place. The BYOB is a plus and there are a couple of places within a 3 minute walk to get your beverage of choice. The only thing we didn't enjoy was the meatballs. When we arrived there was only one family in the restaurant and I immediately thought it was going to be a dud. I am so glad we stayed; not long after we sat down the place was packed and all the tables were full. Our waitress recommended the meatballs and they were delicious! Once the place got busy she was running around like a mad women caring for everyone with wonderful customer service and speed. The thin crust pizza was very flavorful. We got half bbq chicken, half jerry's and a 12 inch cheese. I hate to say it but there was too much cheese on the cheese pizza. The amount of cheese was thicker than the crust.
