McDonald's — Restaurant in Oʻahu

the drive up set up is dangerously lacking in safety for the drive up customers. I was in the drive up line waiting my turn to cross over to the Mcdonalds lane and an ugly green Kia Soul License RZB-580 came from the side and cut into the line as the line moved a little forward. The driver was an older woman who had no care if she cut in. She said too bad she was first which clearly was not the true. This kind of behavior will lead to bad things happening in the Pearl City drive up. Probably has already happened to others. I frequent this store daily and this has happened to me 4 times before. I let the other 3 times slide but today's OLD BROAD TRYING to look young was not going to admit she was out of line. What a FAIL! I left the drive up wasn't going to wait behind this OLD RUDE OLD BROAD. FOR SHAME ON HER. to act like that at McDonald's is a disgrace. Bad example for the young children and young teens on how to conduct yourself in public with courtesy and Aloha. GOD...

A decent McDonald's during the day, however at night!? (11 p.m. and on) pry the WORST and laziest crew. Three times in a row I've gone there around or after midnight (closest one to me) and everytime I'm forced to pull off to the side and wait, and then the burger seems undercooked and cold, the fries are always cold and old tasting, and I just got the new chicken sandwich tonight and it was horrendous! Greasy! Dry! Horribly put together it was all lopsided and the pickles were falling out. The night time Manger and crew need to be reviewed and I'm also here to say I NEVER bother with bad reviews, only positive ones, but tonight was the last straw. This is coming from a guy who used to work in the food industry and knows the struggles they deal with so I normally have understanding and compassion for "a bad night" but three in a row all spaced...

Uhm. My dipped soft serve ice cream cone was way too tilted on the cone, to even hold straight. The entire ice cream part fell from come into the floor if my car. The cookies I had ordered were cold, not warm like the quality expected.

Also the air time almost exceeded 20 minutes. For those three items. I know they were busy but it makes me feel sorta salty, that's what I was give after purchase.

Not saying local McDonald's are bad. Just saying this is not my first visit to through the drive thru of this location and having issues. (Last time, fries were cold.)

I saw a job posting on the window of the McDonald's. Sooo I can assume these issues are because of low staff!? Or I'll be polite and blame this, is what...
