Thank you Jason. I believe he is the/one of the managers on duty here. He is a super respectful, efficient, kind, thoughtful, and someone who goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are taken care of kind of person. We ordered, and were sitting and waiting for our food, which, was taking just a little bit longer than it should’ve to arrive, and Jason personally noticed (we didn’t have to say anything) that we should’ve gotten our food by now and went back to speed up the process. He was in the kitchen and serving food himself, all along, treating the other employees with respect and not with aggression. A+ for Jason’s attitude and management style. Just stopped in to use the washrooms and get a hot coffee and ice coffee for my wife. When we walked in the door there was a strong odor in the seating area. Both Male and female washrooms could use a Proper cleaning as they stunk too and needs replacement of some items. The fellow taking the seemed to have problems trying to figure out McDonald's serves. Our 2 drinks came out to $2.91. I gave the order take $3.10 to avoid getting 9 cents in change. He could not figure out how to give 10 cents back! We grabbed our drinks and left. We had been exploring the North Shore on Oahu and got hungry. Stopped at a familiar place. Parking is a little tricky if you don't want to use the drive-thru. Inside, you are required to order off of the kiosk to order. When you order, you are required to input a table number. I couldn't locate any, and none of the staff was available. I waited at the counter. The staff was focused on taking and preparing orders for the drive-thru. Eventually, our order was placed on the counter, and I retrieved it.
