Disgusting! There is trash on the floor, the trash is over flowing, the counters are dirty and the equipment is dirty. The last 3 times we have tried to order orange juice they either say the machine is broken or this time the excuse was that they don’t usually work at this location. There is also another Mililani location and one in Waipahu and their orange juice machines conveniently never work either.What they really should say is that they are lazy and don’t want to clean the machine.Can you please hire employees that want to work, work hard and appreciate having a job! I recently went to Jamba juice in Mililani, Hawaii, and had a mixed experience. While my friend enjoyed their refreshing Tropical Dragon smoothie, I was disappointed with my choice of a peanut butter drink, which tasted horrible. However, thanks to Danielle's amazing customer service, my experience turned around when she promptly replaced it with an incredible chocolate substitute. Her dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction made all the difference, turning what could have been a negative experience into a positive one.
