UPDATE: Hubby and I been ordering the Yakisoba. Awesome!! Filled the whole container. Not your same.old fried noodles. Has bacon bits, onions, pieces carrots, 'little bit ' cabbage...not drowned in cabbage, topped with green onions. Flavor is just like yakisoba I've eaten in Japan! So Delish!! Owner and worker so super sweet and have wonderful smiles. Love this place!

Just opened this week and it's awesome !! Adorable little place!! Food is awesome and the quantity is awesome! Took less than 5 minutes wait time for food! Food presentation was very nicely done. Very reasonable.price for what you get. Large selections of bentos and even salad bentos made fresh to order. Got the eggplant/tofu and hubby got furikake garlic chicken. Both so Delish and filling! I like that they don't drown the main dish with whole container of rice! You get 2 scoops (plenty especially if you're diabetic) and edamame on the side. Can't wait to try the other selections! Owners and staff awesome and super friendly! Very nice atmosphere! ...

I cannot say enough great things about this place. Hands down my favorite food on Oahu so far. We loved it so much we ate there two nights in a row. Everything was extremely flavorful and delicious. The front staff were two very knowledgable, friendly and welcoming young adults. They shared with us their favorite spots to check out and gave us great local recommendations. We dined in both nights. There were two tables (a 4 person & a 6 person) so if you plan to dine in, I recommend calling ahead to make a reservation. However, it was the perfect spot for grabbing and going. All the food was well packaged for easy transport. My favorite was the Teriyaki Chicken with chile aioli on top. If you’re in Mililani do not miss out! Make sure you stop and enjoy some truly...

I recently stumbled upon The Rice Box Cafe during my search for a nearby restaurant and was immediately drawn in by the rave reviews. The delectable menu had my mouth watering, and their user-friendly online ordering system made it a breeze to place an order for a later pickup time.

I indulged in three divine dishes: the Misoyaki Salmon, Sake Garlic Shrimp, and Shoyu Pork. Each bite was a heavenly blend of flavors, and the portions were satisfyingly generous. I can't wait to return to sample more of their tempting menu items.

Please note that The Rice Box Cafe is primarily a take-out place, as seating is limited to just a few tables. Regardless, I highly recommend this culinary gem for its irresistible cuisine and effortless...

We tried Rice Box Cafe and got the Furikake Garlic Chicken and the Dynamite Chicken. Both my husband and I loved the Furikake Garlic Chicken—it was flavorful, crispy, and totally hit the spot. The Dynamite Chicken wasn’t quite for us; it had a fishy or seaweed-like taste that just didn’t match our preferences. That said, we still ate both plates and would definitely come back again. The service was quick, kind, and efficient—we only waited about 5 to 10 minutes. The place stays consistently busy with people coming and going, which speaks to its popularity. There are only two small tables inside, so it’s definitely more of a takeout spot. There are so many other things on the menu that look amazing, so we’re excited to come back and try more!

My husband is in Hawaii for work right now and has been trying out a lot of different restaurants. Yesterday he went to this restaurant. It’s clean and well lit and the staff was very nice. They were polite and gave some great recommendations. My husband ordered the salmon katsu. He said it was very good. The portion was plenty full, and it was very flavorful. If you’re looking for something authentic in it, local eatery, he said you should definitely check this place out.
