The cooks have seemed completely different for a month or so running now. Took our food home, only to discover a rotten bag of prepacked vegetables... and missing our other bag of vegetables for the other pho. The peppers were slimy, the soy sprouts stank, were also slimy... the noodles weren't cooked, and chicken was hard as a rock and old. The food was just grose. We understand that for whatever reason, restaurants believe it to be acceptable to give less than quality food to the take out window. Ok. But rotten food really?

Medium priced good Vietnamese Food, okay Japanese Tempura. Batter of Tempura was crisp but very heavy/flat and a bit sweet, not airy and light as I prefer. Dipping sauce way too sweet, not the traditional salty dashi. Vietnamese Noodle Bowl with Lemongrass Chicken and Spring Rolls was tasty and done well. Chocolate Tapioca was a bit too sweet and strong on coconut milk flavor. Will we back to try their Pho next time and hopefully raise my rating.

Full of flavor i got a large bowl and i was able to actually finish it, it was pretty good, just the meat tasted a little funny and it was ugly im picky with my meat, to bad its the only place that serves alot of meat in the pho. 🤔🤔 But it was still good ill probably go back.

Thrilled to have a pho restaurant in Mililani, and not disappointed in the food, even on day six of operation. Located in Mililani Mauka across from McDonald's and next to Wing Stop and Taps & Apps, it's a cute spot with about of dozen tables. There was the usual "new business" hiccups (slow kitchen, scattered staff), but a friendly team made it easy to be patient, even with a group of 10 in the mix.

On the pho side, they offered good-sized portions (medium and large), good broth, and no skimping on the meat or veggies (the best part of a new restaurant). Thin sliced rare steak was just how I liked it, other meats not over seasoned or overcooked.

Though we didn't have anything but the pho, we were quite satisfied. And the Japanese teishoku trays ordered by the next table looked good too. There are other Japanese places in Mililani, but on that front I think this place is different enough to also be a draw.

We had enough food to take home leftovers, and didn't even have room to sample their tapioca.

Also, during their grand opening, they're taking 15 percent...

This place is careless. I ordered a rare steak pho for my daughter and asked that they put the steak in the soup and apparently these instructions were too difficult for their staff. After agreeing, they instead didn't put any rare steak in it at all. I called them and they didn't offer a refund until I asked- they said I would have to drive back so they can run my card. This is a warning to you. If you find yourself in the unfortunate predicament of craving pho but you live in Waipio- do yourself a favor. Get it from Waipahu or pearl city because the staff at Pho and Saito are too incompetent to make your order without you having to check it...

I used the online order option & my hubby picked it up. I was upset by the $4 service fee tacked on (I think it's a Quick Cuisine online order fee but honestly idk). Next time, I'll go old school & call the restaurant to order. Food was good (tonkatsu curry, summer rolls, lemongrass vermicelli). My hubby tried to get staffs' attention regarding lids for a take-out condiment container but no one ever returned so he was irritated and just left. At home, I was disappointed that I had given a tip only to discover that they failed to give us the miso soup that comes w/ the curry. Why is it so hard to get good, reliable...
