Taco Bell — Restaurant in Oʻahu

Visited this Taco Bell today, Feb 7, 22. First experience was a random guy standing in the drive through lane with a small printed menu and a card reader taking orders. Odd, but ok. Their menu sign was apparently broken and that was the adjustment they made. I ordered a quesadilla and my daughter had the nachos grande. The guy asked if we wanted hot sauce or mild. I said mild. Go through the drive through, it was pretty quick, as expected. Pulled over in the parking lot to eat and noticed we had all hot sauces. Looked at the receipt and it said 10 hot sauces. Weird. Now, I normally wouldn't make a deal about this, so I got out of the car and stood in line behind the two cars in the drive through lane, as to not just cut in front of them. A car pulls up behind me, window still down from talking to the guy taking orders. I say I'm just waiting to get sauce. SHE says she had already placed an order, left, and came all the way back because she got hot instead of mild sauce too. Adding onto a previous review details below, what group of rejects run this establishment? Never stocked up on anything. Was, still is, and will Continue to be a poor establishment ran by incompetent management. Your workers are doing their best and I have no ill will or grief with them. Leadership and management is the issue.

Usually takes care of me and my buddies pretty well. Good location, good time, good service. But to run out of Baja Blast, is unforgivable. You’ve been blessed to hold the holy nectar of GODs and you fail to stock up correctly. I love this location and it’s dedication, but please, don’t run out of Baja Blast. It’s the one thing that helps get some of us get out of bed in the morning. I’m not mad, I’m just disappointed. I will update this review to 5* if they restock.

Months later, and my review does not change. I don’t understand how they keep running out of Baja blast, and fail to realize that they can simply just order more, and not run out. How difficult is it to maintain ONE drink type throughout the month. Disgraceful. Upsetting. Disappointing. I don’t mean to Karen but what manager is deliberately sabotaging this...

By far the worst Taco Bell I have ever been too. 45min just to order food, when it’s not even busy. This is by no means fast food, I would’ve gotten my food faster if I went to a sit down restaurant. During lunch hour, after waiting in line for 30min (we where 4th in line) i gave up and ordered inside. No one to take my order after standing for 5min waiting so used the self order, while I’m using the self order a gentleman walks in and gets to order his food right away. Poor management, poor customer service and no apologies.

If you are wondering why we put up with this ridiculously long line and wait it’s because my son is vegetarian and there’s no other options. If I had known it was gonna take almost an hour for us to get our food I would’ve driven anywhere else. Must avoid this place...
