Let's be honest, the bar for corndogs isn't particularly high. We've all been there, staring into the freezer at a box of individually wrapped, vaguely cylindrical objects promising a nostalgic taste of childhood. And while those frozen, microwaved corndogs certainly serve a purpose (namely, quick and easy sustenance), they rarely deliver anything resembling culinary delight. So, when I say this corndog tasted significantly better than its frozen, grocery-store counterpart, it's not exactly a ringing endorsement worthy of Michelin stars.
That being said, it was better. The batter, while perhaps not achieving the perfect balance of crispy exterior and fluffy interior, was noticeably less… processed. So, while this corndog wasn't a revelation, it was a perfectly acceptable, even enjoyable, rendition of a classic carnival staple. It's the kind of thing you'd grab at a fair or a roadside stand, satisfying a craving without necessarily blowing your mind. It's a corndog that knows what it is and doesn't try to be anything more. And in that context, it succeeds. It's a corndog that manages to transcend the low expectations set by its frozen brethren, and for that, it deserves a...
Read moreWe stumbled upon The Corn Dog Company while in the North Shore of Oahu, and I'm so glad we did! My daughter was hungry, and this cute little spot caught our eye. From the moment we arrived at the food truc we were greeted with the warmest and most friendly service. The owner, Lunch, took the time to chat with us, share his story, and offer fantastic recommendations. He even made a special treat to celebrate our wedding anniversary, which was such a thoughtful touch and really made our experience really nice.
Honestly, the service we received here was some of the best I’ve ever experienced and the human side of this small business deserves a 12/10 rating. The corn dogs are HUGE and absolutely delicious !! You won’t want to miss this spot! If you’re in the area, take a few minutes to stop by, enjoy the amazing food, and meet the wonderful owner who makes this place extra special. Highly...

Mason is awesome! For Mother's Day, we just ordered one of everything on the menu and shared it! Both the beef and pork corn dogs are oversized and specially made for them. Super juicy and craveable.
Even the deep fried pineapple! It taste like a Malasada - a local favorite. If the pineapple was in 3 small pieces on the stick, it would probably be even more crispy and delicious! A must stop when passing...
